DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! They cheat you on your order. I’m not one to complains about the quality of the food or taste because well, it’s McDonald’s… But… I just ordered large fries at the drive through while doing errands at a crunch for time… And I kid u not, what I got was half of the package it came in. I know I should have checked the bag before leaving, so it’s partially my fault. But like I said I was at a crunch for time. Plus you shouldn’t have to worry about an establishment who depends on their customers to cheat you. So annoyed!

I stopped coming to McDonald’s 20 years ago and finally decided to give it a chance again I was completely ignored while in front of the line for at least 8 minutes are you eventually walked out the place and I will never return to McDonald’s again. Some things will never change. in case any management is reading this I was here at 640 in the morning on Monday May 11th. Had someone even made eye contact with me I probably would have waited but the young lady completely ignored me and would not even look in my direction

Omg this mcdonald’s seriously needs some renovation! asap! When you walk in there it smells like chemicals used to clean the restroom, therefore it smells like you walked into the restroom. And the restroom smells so bad, And one time i waited 15 mins for my order, it turns out that my order didn’t go through. These place needs some help big time!!! Even the parking lot smells bad. Ughhh!!!

Every time I’ve been here (at least three times) the Espresso machine is not working. And why doesn’t the staff know the difference between the espresso and regular coffee? I’ll have to keep going to the location on Normandie and Artesia– they never let me down with my iced coffees.

This Mc Donalds do have and great play area but it so gross in the inside. The table are always nasty the workers r rude. there r always out of lemonade. its just so gross im here. never recommend no one to eat at this location.

I always do driver-​thru but had to kill some time to stay in the area. Pretty old and yucky inside. I will stick to driving through. Crew seems to hate their job, they don’t even make eye contact w/​the guest. A smile wont hurt. I just posted this on a prior review, if you are not a people person get a job where you don’t have to deal w/​customers.

Drive thru open late. My first time in over a year stopping at this McDonald location. Upon getting my food the fries were either over cooked or they been sitting for a few hours the burger wad cold and the cheese wasnt even melted. Hopefully next time they will get it right

the cool thing about this location is the play area for the kids. i brought my little cousin here and she had a fun time. just be careful because there are so many kids running around they don’t even watch where they are going. just be careful! i didn’t go inside with my little cousin because it seems dirty inside and i get claustrophobic at times.
the drive– thru here is very long. it takes such a long time! i barely come to this location because of that. don’t get me wrong but i always get service inside the store. im a happier customer when i dine– in.

Usually stop here to pick up breakfast after my doctors appt. I usually go through the drive thru they are pretty quick and efficient the only down fall is when you get that one customer that orders a lot or takes forever and holds up the drive thru. Overall this one is ok

LOVE LOVE LOVE this McDonalds.
Everything is consistent, from the quality of the product to the service. My boyfriend went out of his way to compliment the manager and I even wrote corporate about this location. I’ve never experienced the «I hate my job» vibe from any of the workers here, no matter if it’s 1PM or 2AM.
Once, they couldn’t make me a Caramel Frappé due to the machine being cleaned at that moment, so the mgr comp’d the beverage I ordered in stead — just like that. Fries are always hot n’ crispy, food is never smushed or sloppy. Healthwise I’m a little embarassed to say I’m here 1−2/wk but hey, sometimes it’s just for a small fry or a Frappé, besides they make the visit easy and pleasant. When it gets busy, sure, service slows down & they get busy! — just like any.other.McDs.
There are 3 other McD locations en route/​near to my house and I always go to this one if I can help it. 5 Stars Baby!

This is one of the better McDonald’s here. What’s up with the lack of Unilocal reviews about McDonald’s? Also, is it true that Koreans like McDonald’s more than other Asians do?
Anyway, I glanced at some of the other reviews and i’ve never had a problem with any of the managers there. On the contrary, the gentleman manager who helped me went out of his way to brew me an iced black coffee that was out of this world. I don’t like cream in my coffee, sugar, sweetener or any of that crap that you Americans put in it to ruin it. Just straight black. Of course, whenever I tried to order a black iced coffee at other McDonald’s, it is so foreign to them to NOT Add syrup to it that they give me a funny look. Anyway, manager brews a fresh hot one, and pours it over ice.
Perfection.
Was that so hard? I’m talking to you lawndale mcdonalds, who got my iced black coffee wrong 3 times on the same visit.
Great clean outdoor playground and decent quality food round out this location.

I don’t normally feel a need to rate a McDonalds. However, I felt because it was an attitude problem with the manager, it needed to be addressed.
Long story short, they had advertised $.99 coffee and were charging $ 1.59. One board had $.99 and the other $ 1.59. Manager had bad attitude when this was pointed out. Said I should know the price of the coffee anyways?! I don’t expect a lot from McDonalds, but don’t need attitude by someone who is clearly wrong, a manager at that.
I wonder how many customers never return because of people like that. I know I won’t.

No problems for me. Drove through at break-​neck speed and was back to my day with sausage biscuit in hand.
I mean, It’s McDonald’s. I can’t rate it TOO high. But they got me a good breakfast quickly.
