So disappointed today, love their food. Today bad day, they served me a rotten potatoes. I was so hungry. Not my day. The server stayed on cell phone talking about her kids the entire time.

This was my second visit to this restaurant and it seems the service has gotten exponentially worse. We waited over an hour for our meal with zero acknowledgement by management of the slow and unacceptable customer service. Furthermore, we were charged $ 60 dollars for food we couldn’t eat given our entire lunch period was taken waiting on food. We try our best to support black owned businesses, which is why it saddens me to tell everyone never go to this eatery if you’re looking for a meal within a reasonable time frame!

Today was my third time eating here. Twice for breakfast and today for dinner. The food is always fresh, tasty, and served hot. They have a tasty menu as well. This will be my choice for good home cooking & soul food. The people who work here are attentive, kind, friendly, and the wait isn’t long. The customer service has been great.

Thank goodness I found this place!
I stopped by Kraves today for lunch and tried the Cajun chicken sandwich, and wow… I’m a pretty picky eater and this hit the spot and the fries were delicious. The best part was the chicken and the over all quality of the ingredients, so much that I’ll be there for breakfast tomorrow morning ;)
