Our business recently had a major leak during the recent rain. Our landlord used tom Byer Roofing. Because we are a yoga studio with hard wood floors we were very impressed on the respect they gave by taking off their shoes. Would recommend.

We’ve lived in Huntington Beach at the same home for 50 years and have used Tom Byer’s roofing company for two roofs. Never a problem. Tom is a pleasure to work with and all of his workers are courteous and professional. In a nutshell, this company is highly professional and reliable.

We had a recurring leak that I finally decided to have a professional look at instead of trying to fix it myself, only to have it start leaking again within a year or two and ruin part of the ceiling in our family room. We were referred to Byer Roofing through a friend. Brian came out on a Thursday in November to look at our roof. He was on time and professional during his inspection.
He let us know that they were swamped with orders from people wanting to get a jump on El Nino and if we decided to use Byer, they might not be able to get to our roof for a month or so. He took the time to explain what he thought needed to be done, and said he should have an estimate for the repairs by the weekend, Monday at the latest. The estimate arrived on Monday, and we contracted with him to do the work, expecting to wait for a month or so like he said. A couple weeks later, Brian called and said they’d had a cancellation and could do our repair that day. We said okay! His crew was there within the hour and finished the job before by the afternoon, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves.
The bill matched the estimate – no upselling, no surprises. We got some rain around Christmas, then a real test soon after with a night of intense storm cells exactly like the kind that would’ve made our roof leak previously. Everything stayed nice and dry – no leaks whatsoever. We are happy customers, and recommend Tom Byer Roofing Service without hesitation!

This was the best contractor I have ever used, on time everyday 7am, cleaned after every day, delivered everything as promised, I can not recommend a contractor higher. Price was in line, crew was very professional, neighbors as me for the reference.
