Review is basically on the service and amount of food this location gives since Subway is Subway… I’ve been to this location a couple times and I’ve never had anyone give me a bad attitude or went skimpy on the ingredients. They don’t do anything out of the ordinary or really say anything to me besides ‘is that it?’ or ‘anything else?’. Sandwiches always come out stuffed and dripping of sauce though, just how I like it!

Came in at 8:40 pm. Apparently the customer bathroom is locked until the manager has the key in the morning. Lame. I ordered a flatizza and apparently they are out of marinara sauce or just too damn lazy to open a new can. Super lame!

There are a few times in life when a meal is so expertly crafted and planned that it is nothing short of genius. This is not one of those times. The staff helped prepare the sandwiches my father and I ordered, with a «ANYTHINGELSE?» added after each ingredient was added, I ordered a combo at the cash register with 2 chocolate chip cookies(very manly, I know, but hey they go good with the sandwich lol) which i informed them of 3 times because the guy either seemed distracted or was not listening, we pay and get back on the freeway thinking we were all set, as we were in between job sites and started to eat, noticing they left out the cookies. Not having time to turn around and go back we called to see what they could do. We informed them that they had left out the chocolate chip cookies and they said«We don’t have chocolate chip cookies.» but the«light in his loafers» young man who took our money didn’t notify us of them lacking in the cookie department. They told us we had to turn around and come back to get cookies and that they could not reimburse us without the card being there. Since we were short on time and already back on the freeway, we took the hit hoping they would be able to help us. Being a frequent subway eater, this experience really put me off of it. Calling Subway Corporate on monday. Cookie-less Subway Eater.

This location is horrible. Poor customer service. Poor quality control. I have given them a couple of tries thinking it will get better. Nope! I ordered a veggie delight sandwich with no cheese. So just veggies, bread, and sauce. They hardly put any veggies on it at all. When I asked for a some more veggies put on it they literaly looked at me and put like one more bell pepper on it! So really I ate bread. To top it off the bread was stale and hard on the ends even though I ate the sandwich within 3 minutes of them making it. I will never go back. What a rip off. If I wanted to eat some bread I would have just bought a loaf for the same price.

I love this place! It’s never busy when I come there’s usually parking, even though the parking lot is super small! It might be because it’s a bit hidden but not out of sight. There’s usually a group of girls that work here and they’re all pretty friendly. I never have an issue with this place. Since I’m here I’ll take my Foot long Tuna on Herbs and Cheese with som. sorry got excited!:D

I would never come here due to the lack of cleanliness here. I used to work here a few months ago and I know how they operate. When I come into work the meat and veggies are not rotated properly and they have expired eggs few weeks old I would say. I would say it’s a clean place to eat lots of chairs nice music. But the food isn’t good! Also I might add that a certain few individuals that work here give the worst service possible. A few coworkers named Angie Ana and Ileana are super rude. They never smile or make eye contact with you. I noticed when I workers there that one customer was trying to break the ice and tell a joke and Angie just looked at him dead in te eye and said is that all. Totally ignored the guy and made him look stupid. All this is just a precaution so you don’t get surprised walking in with all their rude face glaring at you. There is a reason I quit. It’s cuz I can’t work with people that don’t have respect for others and can’t be polite. Plus I doubt they wash their hands. Just telling from what I observed to help people out. But all this is just advice, Just warning everyone before hand so no surprises are hidden Thanks for reading the facts

Explicit rap music blaring while kids are eating?! I politely bring it to their attention and im told, «its the owner that picks the music and he left. He locks the music controls.» No thanks I will never eat there.

If i’m craving subway, I have to go to this location because it is sooo close to my work. But man, this is probably one of the stingiest subways I have ever been too. I’m constantly asking for more lettuce, more olives, more more more. If I don’t, I end up with a flat sandwich with basically just bread, meat, cheese and some scraps of lettuce and other toppings.

Surprisingly this establishment has been up and running for 2+ Years now. It’s located in the smallest plaza you can think of. There’s only a sprint store and a insurance place. The starbucks that use to be next door closed down about an year ago because of the location and flow of business. This Subway was robbed not too long ago. Whomever did robbed it probably didn’t go away with much but some bread and lunch meat. Parking: Limited and is an headache to get in and out because of the tight squeeze. You can’t expect much here when this place use to be a Shell Gas Station long back then.

I have been to this Subway location numerous times and have always received great service. The bread and veggies have always been fresh(duh, its subway) and the staff is always friendly. This subway is what I would expect from any franchised type establishment. I have read the other reviews and haven’t noticed the same type of problems. There was a day in particular that made me feel that this Subway deserved a great review so let me explain: I was getting my usual sandwich(turkey on wheat, no cheese or lettuce, spinach and all the other veggies) and I decided to add avocado, which YOU should also because it is excellent for you… but I digress… and the lady behind the counter cut open an avocado and saw that is was too ripe and tossed it. She proceeded to open another and tossed it as well. The next one she actually put on my sandwich. The thing is, I would’ve eaten the first one if she placed it on the sandwich and of course it wouldn’t have tasted as good but I have this thing about waste and kids not eating etc. I know what you’re thinking but that is me. While I didn’t say anything, I really did appreciate her ensuring my avocado was perfect! I worked at Subway 20 years ago when I was in HS… man I am getting old, and this location does a great job.

I love Subway… I don’t love this one… usually there’s a certain standard of quality that a consumer should expect when walking into an established franchise, esp one with the stature of Subway… putting your sandwich together and helping the Subway staff navigate through the process is part of the whole Subway experience… I work right around the corner from this one, so I’ve been to this one many times before… could walk here if I wanted to… I think I’d rather drive across town to a better Subway than deal with this one again… if you want the most sloppiest sandwiches with the veggies fallin out or the mustard/mayo all over the place, then this is the Subway for you… don’t expect the sandwich to be tightly packed like how most of the Subways do it… also, the sandwiches don’t seem as big as the other Subways… prob because they’re half-assing it, just throwing in a small amount of ingredients… skimpin’ it big time… also, don’t order 2nd sandwich after they’ve put together the first one… all kinds of attitude… damn, you would’ve thought I asked the girl to seal 100,000 envelopes or carry a couch up 5 flights of stairs… you’re making a f*cking sandwich… you’re making more money off of me… quit being a lazy b! tch and make the damn thing already… don’t just sloppily throw the veggies on there like you don’t care… pretend…for my sake… and don’t be talking behind my back, to my face, in spanish, and then start laughin to your co-worker… I know you’re talkin sh! t… thats the only way you can talk sh! t… mumblin in a different language… totally unnecessary… totally unprofessional… (not pickin on mexicans cuz asians do it too… just like the d-bags in france who hate americans… they’re all over the damn place) when she asked me if I wanted something to drink, I said, ‘Hell no…‘ exact words… I was afraid she might spit in a cup and hand it to me for saying ‘yeah, I would like a drink’… I’m sorry I put you through all that trouble… but seriously… get out of the gotdamn service industry if you think people are puttin you out by making outlandish requests like ordering a 2nd sandwich with NOONE waiting in line behind… the sad thing is, I think this lady was the manager…
