Been at the Hyatt for the past two days. Got Flat White here yesterday that tasted like steamed vanilla milk. I asked if they could make it again. After a little attitude, the barista did. Didn’t taste that much better. Next day, I ordered caramel macchiato. Do they use the same kind of beans as other Starbucks locations? Just doesn’t taste good. Ordered breakfast sandwiches. Two of them were missing items from the sandwiches. The English muffins were hard, tough, and stale. Disappointed.

We’ve been at the Hyatt for 8 days and for those 8 days this Starbucks has steadily ran out of nearly EVERY item they offer. It’s started off bad and has gotten worse. Today I went down and was told«We’ve been slammed and are out of almost everything.» Um, it’s 9am on a Monday morning. I replied that we’ve been here for over a week and that seems to be the case every single day! Their response«our vendor is behind». Really?! You are a Starbucks and you sell tea, coffee and pre made goodies. 90% of what you do involves flavoring hot water! Whomever the manager is should be canned. If you can’t keep your Starbucks in coffee beans and tea bags then you are not in the right line of work! A Starbucks that can’t make coffee or tea!!! What do you do?

The line always long in the morning, but it was pretty fast. It took about almost 10 minute to order my drink, I order a medium peppermint mocha and it was pretty good. The drinks were expensive then any other Starbucks, This location is inside Hyatt Regency Hotel Lobby at the right corner. The place was clean and there were a lot of modern pictures about Starbucks. The staff were nice and take my order fast.

Starbucks in Marriott Suites need to step up store management. Went 3 days and each morning was out of something. Venti cups, mocha syrup… out of stock at 10AM!

This location is tucked away in the corner of the Hyatt lobby. It’s odd to me why the hotel hasn’t figured out the demand here and that most people going to a hotel lobby café aren’t really looking to stroll around. As a result, the wait is long, the product is poor, and the cleanliness is horrifying. I’ve been here a handful of time and it’s been consistently unimpressive each time. Now, if you’re on vacation and you have nothing but free time on your hands and no plans to go anywhere other than to a chair to sit and enjoy your drink, then the wait might not bother you. But if you’re here for a business meeting or convention and you need to get out in less than an hour, then you might want to avoid this spot. I like the lobby, but this closet of a Starbucks needs to hire more people AND expand.

I didn’t try a drink there because they wouldn’t accept the reward I earned from the Starbucks rewards card due to them being owned by the hotel.

Completely forgot my order, then pretended to not recognize I existed after they realized they made a mistake. Guy was all«oh» after I got back in line because they were *not* talking to me at the delivery window, then he stared at me for a bit and blankly asked«so should I make your order?»

It was cool to find a Starbuck’s in the middle of little Saigon. Just a little weird that all the employees were anglo or hispanic. FUBU get some diversity in there.

We hv been in line for 30 mins and still standing and writing this review. What is taking them so long to go thru customers orders. They should realize this is a high volume store by now, and should arrange more partners working at this location. Line is out of the door and an average order takes about 6 minutes to go thru. Unacceptable. After more than 30 minutes, the order came out not only incorrect, the taste of our beverages were way off. Temperature of the milk was too hot and the shots of espresso were very weak. Very disappointed. Waited for so long and we had to discard our drinks after the first sip. On the side note, the executive chef from next door hotel was at the handoff counter. He noticed the counter was too dirty and sticky. He offered to ask for a dish towel to wipe it down. His kindness and concern were the attitude of the day.

This one is kind of tricky to find first of all. It’s inside the Hyatt hotel by the main entrance. Staff was friendly and the store was clean. Kind of small though. The day of my visit they only could make the Vegan breakfast sandwich. That was at 8:30am. Kind of early to run out of the other breakfast sandwiches so soon. Seems like they don’t stock appropriately. I ordered my usual caramel macchiato and my friend ordered a pumpkin spice latte. Mine came out good but my friend ended up getting a peppermint latte. Not sure how that happened. Maybe the barista read it wrong but if that’s the case, ask the cashier just in case to avoid a mistake. Other than that, there was no other problems. However, because of the location and issues with the menu, I will most likely find another Starbucks to go to in Anaheim the next time i visit.

Prices were about 30% more than regular Starbucks so you’re paying for that convenience of it being right off the hotel lobby. Having said that, it has a large selection of both cold and hot beverages to meet your needs.

Clean and efficient, what more could you want. This location is in the Hyatt Regency lobby. Order correct and coffee tasted good. Staff smiled and asked if I wanted a receipt or not. Place is very small, very little seating. They are getting the job done!

Good location, but I was super disappointed in my coffee. It was very watered down. Hoping it was a one time deal…

Located inside the Hyatt Regency lobby area. They don’t have the hot breakfast items, which is a bummer. They are also up to 30% more expensive than your standard Starbucks.(Venti Reg. Coffee $ 3.25) Then again, when you’re hurting due to sitting in 8 hr conference sessions, you would probably pay 100% more to keep your eyelids open. A true supply and demand win for the Hyatt.

Coffee Shop While I am not generally a fan of Starbucks, I use this location as it is located in the lobby of my hotel and is generally open earlier than the hotel restaurant. The people working here are always happy and friendly and the place is very clean. Good products, friendly service –average costs. Give it a shot.

There is nothing about this Starbucks that makes it any different from any other Starbucks. In fact I sometimes wonder if JESUSGOD just plucks the same people from each Starbucks and transports them to the next Starbucks I go to because everyone at EVERY Starbucks looks, sounds, and misspells my names the same. Thanks for being highly caffeinated and sweet, just like Gerald Ford. I will be back.

As others have noted this Starbucks is located in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Orange County. I had a number of beverage heres during the week, including a number of triple shot iced lattes with whole milk, a dopio espresso machiatto, and coffee. The staff here are very friendly, and the drinks strong and delicious. So why only 3 stars? It takes far to long to get a drink. When an event is taking place in the hotel — the line becomes ridiculously long. One time, it took 25 minutes to get through the line and get my drink. They really need to think about ramping up the number of espresso machines and number of staff working when the hotel has events going on.

The convenience factor is a biggie — I love Starbucks! It’s great that it’s right there in the hotel lobby. I’ve been to this Hyatt pretty often — my family likes Disneyland. But the service at this Starbucks is pretty bad, in my opinion. They have this look on their faces like, «What do you want. I totally don’t want to be here.» They need to learn to smile and accommodate for their clientele. But the coffee/drinks/food is obviously great — it’s still a Starbucks!

This is right at the north end of the lobby in the Hyatt Regency Orange County. Sure, the lines look long when you walk in, but the baristas are fast, and you always get to your session on time. I was wondering how, when they never asked me my name, they always had my name printed on the cup. Oops! I was wearing a name tag! The prices are a little higher — a tall latte costs $ 3.30.
