I hailed my car from valet parking(I don’t normally go this route, but there is little difference between parking it yourself and having someone do it). I’m here for a conference and went to register. The Starbucks was on my way to the registration area. I thought that I’d pick up an iced peach green tea. The good news is that there is a Starbucks at the hotel, where I am staying and where the conference is. For 10 am on a Sunday, having ten customers ahead of me is a bit crazy. I had thought about bailing, but I wasn’t in a rush to go anywhere. I got my beverage about fifteen minutes later. I paid $ 4.35USD. In Canada, it goes for $ 3.10. Needless to say, it’s overpriced being by both the convention centre and Disneyland. Customer service is great, though. I think I’ll just come here when I need my fix and am not in a hurry to be anywhere. (108)

Good location in the hotel for nearby hotels and just outside Anaheim Convention Center. All the typical fare for a Starbucks and staff was pleasant.

My single experience at this location was mostly positive, perhaps because it offered a few minutes of warmth and delicious smells before venturing back outside to wait for entry to a convention. Located in the Marriott lobby near the ballrooms, there are two entrances from both sides of the hotel. It’s convenient, both for the Convention Center and hotels. My wait was not long, both for my breakfast sandwich and hot tea. Plenty of people seemed to be in a rush, but I can never emphasize with that especially for superfluous things like coffee. My breakfast sandwich was hot and delicious– exactly what I was craving that morning. The tea was large and hot. It was a typically cozy location. I gave it extra points for the Star Wars related special drinks and chalk art on the sign; it was a nice touch for the convention and made me smile.

Of course I hit up this Starbucks after staying at Disneyland all night(closing the place) and kids that wake up at their usual 7:30 am! Convenient of course but even more expensive than regular Starbucks! YIKES!

People are nice but very slow. Could benefit from extra people and a scanner at the pos

Employees were friendly, but they charge $ 1 for a freaking cup of tap water. WTF? So annoying. Thankfully, the service was pretty fast, but that just annoyed me to no end.

I love love love Starbucks in general and the employees here were very NICE but … this location needs some training and updating. I went there a few times in the past few days and each time felt mild dissatisfaction. 1. No scanner to use smartphones to pay. 2. My barista didn’t understand his products. I asked about a food item and he wasn’t able to answer questions about it. 3. The line gets really long sometimes and people walk away because it doesn’t move quickly.

Oh it pains me to write this review as I am a DIEHARD Starbucks lover — I mean I even have a gold card — that’s how much I love(and consume) their products. BUT if you are located in a hotel, a Marriott for that matter, and you don’t accept rewards points — that my friend is a huge fail. On top of that I was there on a Sunday — a busy day in hotels and I was told that they were out of not one but two of the sugar free syrups I asked for. What!!! Oh and did I mention that the prices were outrageous — even for a Starbuck located in a hotel The employees were working hard enough but it seems that they were a bit overwhelmed by the orders coming at them fast and furious. Yes, they got my order right and it tasted good but after all that I already had a bitter taste in my mouth.

Slow, higher prices than regular Starbucks, didn’t accept the BOGO that I received after buying 87 coffees, and didn’t have a scanner to read my card! Wow. Disappointment at 7 am during a week long conference.

If you’re debating between the Marriott Starbucks and the Hilton Starbucks, please come here. Face it – you’re in a Starbucks in a hotel that’s walking distance to Disneyland… Prices are going to suck. Deal with it.

I have to say that the lines suck here but those off times when there’s not much of a line and you get a coffee, the stuff is okay. Especially if its after you had a few drinks at a local restaurant and you’re going back to your hotel room and there’s no line and the people who work there have been working all day like crazy serving hundreds of people and they serve you with a smile on their face THEN its a good spot. But really, if you stay at the Hilton be prepared to wait on a LONGASS line to get your morning java.

This Starbuck’s was a disappointment. First of all the prices are higher than in a regular Starbuck’s. Next they do not accept gift cards. Don’t know why. Very disappointing. Didn’t get anything because they did not accept gift cards.
