Nutrishop is my Go To for supplements & protein! The staff is very helpful totally helped move in the direction with my body. Free shaker cups & a dope shirt goes with a purchase. Oh and they have a machine to tell you your body fat too!

Always trying to up sell their house brands that they won’t tell you are made by one of their affiliates. I was in their store and watched them sell someone 10lbs of protein powder and about 6 different supplements to try and support his weight loss goal. They told him to take a shake for every meal and take all the various supplements. Rather than suggesting a diet for him or lifestyle changes, they preferred to fill their commission goals and peddle him stuff he didn’t need. The only thing they’re good for is their cups — buy your supplements from somewhere else that knows what they’re talking about.

Went in about 3 weeks ago and was helped by Auston O’Neill. He put together plan and we are well on our way. Great guy, follows up and follows through… and most importantly. He responds quickly!
In 3 weeks lost 4% body fat.
Look forward to seeing how the program continues to work.

This nutrition shop has been very helpful and attentive to my goals. Always Making sure I get the right supplements and proteins. They have sold me on some products because they gave me samples to see if they worked for me yes some stores do similar things but it is a manufacturer set up the is vague and not specifically for my goal. If you need help this is a great place to go.
