Awful. An unethical medical practice. Will take money that insurance covers, reassure you that you will get a refund once your insurance company pays the office, and once the insurance company pays the office, will NOT return the money to you and make it difficult. All the secretaries are incompetent, lack basic business etiquette and are not efficient to carry out a task or let alone help their patients. The only reason I came back is because the doctor helps me with the medication I need. But this whole place is a scam and takes advantage of underprivileged Vietnamese immigrants. They should be shut down immediately if anyone investigates their practice.

Worst Dr. Ever! He switched my grandparents’ health insurance without even them letting them know… which I think is actually illegal. They were out of state when it happened and had no idea. WHO DOES THAT?! I’m in the process of helping them out of it but I made a Unilocal account just to write this review and warn anyone with elderly loved ones. Wish I could give zero stars!!!

I’ve only been to this guy’s office three times, all three visits were horrific. This guy’s office has got to be the worst MD practice in all of OC. His office clerks schedule about twenty people in a two hour time slot. I know this because when I checked in, apparently four other people had the same appointment as I did.
But then to add on top of that, he always shows up late to his office about at least a half hour. Then he also always has to jet as soon as he gets there too, so he blows through his patients. I ended up waiting at least an hour or more past my appointment time before I got to see him. I once had to wait two hours past my appointment time to see him for five minutes. Then if that wasn’t enough, every time I see him, he just prescribes a bunch of random new drug samples.
I don’t like this guy, I think he’s in deep shady business with the pharmaceutical companies.
