Love love their knowledge and service! Jose came to our place of business and helped us for a nominal fee. We will defiinately call again for assistance. Jose was very helpful and they do take checks!

Everyone that works at Jose’s Computers are extremely fast and nice, but I guess the biggest caveat would be to expect to pay cash if Jose is not there as he is the only one who has access to a CC Terminal.
The shop itself is a bit disheveled and I’m sure organized in such a way that everyone who works there knows where everything is.
They do computer, Video Game, and cellphone repairs and also sell used and refurbished products like computers, cellphones, Video Games, and Flat Screen TVs. The selection on these items is quite wide.
I brought a computer in to have a part installed and it was done immediately and in less than an hour which I totally appreciate.
Pricing is much lower than I found anywhere else.
I guess my only issue that day is that even though I wanted to pay with my debit card I still had to go take cash out from the nearby ATM because Jose had left within the 3 minutes it took me to get there which really ended up costing me an additional $ 5 with all the fees assessed.

Jose hooked me up with a new fan and power supply in less than 30 minutes. He came through when I really needed help fast. Thank goodness for a local, honest tech in Garden Grove. By the way, he’s cash only and the phone is 714−927−8801.
