When a crisis arises (such as when my computer stops working and I have a filing deadline at the office), it is reassuring to know that I have someone who I can call and who will respond promptly. His ability to access the computer remotely saves much needed time and money. To me, I much prefer having a human being that I trust and that is the same person every time I call (as opposed to a faceless corporate service).

I have used IMC Computer Consulting and John Hill as my computer consultant for many years. Over this long period of time, IMC has handled every possible computer issue from fixing a hard drive crash to eliminating viruses, installing upgrades, increasing memory, adding software and security programs. His remote-​access capability saves precious time in trouble-​shooting problem areas.
Recently, IMC provided me with a new hard drive, monitor, keyboard and transferred my software programs and files — all working perfectly.
