I have gone to Dr. Hsu since I was a baby [before I can remember]. This office is amazing with the nicest dental staff! Laura, Sandy, and Sunny are all really nice and have helped my family for years. We have gotten to know each other and there is a small business atmosphere where you are recognized and welcomed back every time. If you have kids, they always give the kids a toy after your visit and that is what helped me look forward to going to the dentist when I was little. Now, I enjoy reading the magazines and getting to catch up with the staff while waiting. My most recent visit(today) was SO quick! They cleaned my teeth and everything within 30 minutes of me coming in and being out the door! Yes, I did make an appointment and it was during the work hours. So maybe that helps. I highly recommend coming here to get your teeth cleaned and you will always receive a free toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste at the end. :O]

Still coming here after 20+ years! Dr. Hsu has got a great team of dentists and dental hygienists who not only do good work on your teeth, but quick work too. In the past few years, they have upgraded their machinery, including patient chairs and X ray projectors. Very cool. $ 90 out of pocket for X-ray and routine dental cleaning.

I should have posted this comment earlier to remind others. This worst dental treatment happened to me about three years ago… To me, the worst dental practice is turn a patient’s cavity filling into a root canal and crown. As I had gone to such bad dentist before, I am very cautious before dentist working on my teeth. I hope to remind people root canal and crown mean killing a tooth completely. Theoretically the tooth nerve is completely wiped out, but sometimes you can still feel sore from the dead tooth when weather changes or work out lifting weight etc. Dr. Hsu is the second worst dentist I went to. Before Dr. Hsu worked on my cavity tooth, I checked with him with the same old question, «it is going to be a cavity filling only?» As he knew my concern, as well as any patient should care about, he said it was going to be OK. Everything went out well until I went home. It was about three hours after the treatment. The minute I ate, the filling went off. I called in for an emergency to go back to do refilling. It was quite a disappointment that I was told to make an appointment to come in at other time. I insisted to come in and willing to wait for a break from Dr. Hsu. One cavity refilling usually won’t take longer than 20 minutes, but it will hurt all the time until the cavity is refilled. Tooth pain will put a person unable to sleep at night. Finally, I got to come in, and had the refilling. I imagined the cavity hole will just be adjusted to make the filling attached better. But Dr. Hsu drilled the hole much bigger until the moment I informed him to stop. I could feel the hole is much bigger. Twice bigger maybe. Then, he stopped the drilling, and put in the filling. That night, the yellow liquid exuded off the gum area, and I had great pain from the tooth. I went back next day for Dr. Hsu to check. He simply said, «Oh, root canal is required, «without an apology! It was outrageous! Such bad dentist’s license should be suspended! ps. This dental office requires patients to take a whole month x-ray every six months.

I have been coming to Dr. Hsu for ASLONG as I can remember. His friendly staff and competitive pricing has made me a patient for life! Oh, and he also always plays the jazziest music in the background as you get your teeth cleaned. Thank you, Dr. Hsu for taking such great care of my pearly whites! :)
