Paul is nice, I got a good deal on a Sienna; they stayed up late for me while I took it to my mechanic to get reviewed, and they offered to take care of some of the needed maintenance items that the mechanic recommended or lower the price… in the end the price I paid was about 5% less than the advertised price, which was cool, I was expecting them to tell me all sorts of reasons why I would have to pay more than the advertised ‘loss leader’ price.

I rarely give out one star reviews. Car dealers aren’t usually the most trustworthy. But these two (Paul Nguyen and lady) are worse than I expected.
They told me the car was never in an accident and it ends up being a lie. They added a line about structural damage later into the paperwork.
They are a Vietnamese car dealer in a row full of Korean car dealers. I was hoping that they would have more integrity to stand out. I was wrong. Paul Nguyen lied to me. I had to sell the car before I left and the repaired parts were revealed.
Just because a carfax is clean it doesn’t mean it is. Take it to a trusted body shop. They will see if the screws were tampered with. What is after market, etc.
