United States Post Office

Hire people that can speak english, customer service is poor the Chinese guy rejects my packages, go somewhere else.

Bad service to point where you wonder if you are in a third world country

Ok, there’s a post office in the mall – you can’t beat that! Sure there’s going to be lines, especially for passports, but that’s separate from the regular line.
As if it wasn’t enough that they’re open til 6:30 on SATURDAY, THEY ARE OPEN SUNDAYYYYY!

This branch has the most helpful employee’s. I went there when there were 5 mins left to closing and I had to get a box to ship the stuff that I had. The lady there made the box for me and sealed it and had me write down the address to where it was going. No rudeness, NO attitude, NO issues. my friend who was with me was so surprised and said that she ll come there from now on. :) A+

I like this Post Office Branch. It’s located in the bottom floor of Roosevelt Field Mall. It’s been in the mall for awhile. But, it’s usually not that busy. It is possible to complete your transaction, on a quick lunch hour. The employee’s are very nice, and help full. They will let your borrow packing tape and a pen, if you are without. I rarely see that happen in a Queens branch. The branch usually has their supplies (delivery confirmation slips, custom slips, registered mails slips, etc) well stocked.
