I have been a Bebe customer for years and this store in Garden City by far is always a bad experience. Dont get more wrong the dressing rooms are clean, clothes organized and the set up is pretty much consistent as the other stores Ive been too at Walt Whitman mall in Melville and the 34^th street location in NYC. However, for some reason the service here is always an issue. I live closer to this location but prefer to take the drive to Melville or stop by the 34^th street location after work because I get way better service. I was there a few days ago and tried to return a dress which I had literally boughts 2 – 3 days prior and the Manager refused to take the return because it was final sale, I understand she was trying to do her job, but how you says things are more meaningful then what is said. I attempted to explain to her that I was not told it was final sale that I thought it was just on sale and that no one explained that to me when I made the purchased as they usually do and she didnt want to hear it. Her response was I cant help you. It was final sale with a roll of the eye! Totally unprofessional. I was very offended. I have spent so much money there in so many occasions. Sometimes you pay more for things not just because of the quality of the clothes but also because of the service they are providing. To make matters worst the next day I call because I apparently left my sun glasses in the fitting room and when I called the cashier placed me on hold for almost 10 minutes so I disconnected the line and called back and as she was helping me she was having a conversation in spanish with the customer she was assisting! I love Bebe, but this store has to do a better job hiring qualified candidates, If they are miserable then they shouldnt be working there.

absolutely love this store. the clothes are always fashionable and flattering and my stylist, Amber is always on top of the newest fashions and trends. super cute and sexy clothes for work and play and im proud to say that a majority of my clothes are from bebe.

I went there today and really enjoyed it
1. The place was organized and clean
2. The dressing rooms were nice/​clean
3. There is a huge selection of dresses to choose from in a variety of styles
4. The workers are incredibly helpful
*One even went above and beyond while I was paying and noticed a stain/​rip on 2 of the dresses I was about to purchase so I was able to find the same dress in better condition. I really appreciate that bc a lot of workers at other stores wouldn’t do that*
It is only lacking a star because it is an expensive store. I would only buy from there for a special occassion.
