Pretty terrible food and service. Sent back my spicy tuna bowl entrée after only a few bites because it tasted funny and was an odd color and texture. They told me it was supposed to be like that because they’re thawing the fish differently now(?) and proceeded to charge me for the meal without even offering a free dessert or drink. I don’t think we’ll be back. On a positive note, my drink and appetizer(potstickers) were good! Stick to those!

Love Bonefish Grill!!! Food and service was amazing! You must order the Bang-Bang Shrimp as an appetizer!!! I had the Tilapia with all 5 of their amazing sauces on the side! My husband had the ahi tuna rare with the pan Asian sauce. My son had the lobster tail which was amazing! My other son had the sea bass which he gobbled down so fast that it disappeared in under 5minutes! I had the Dirty Martini with Blue Cheese stuffed olives and my husband had the pineapple margarita! The second best thing to the delicious food at Bonefish are their drinks made with all fresh ingredients! You can’t go wrong!!!

The food was good had 2 red sangrias, shared appetizers of bang bang shrimp and calamari along with my dinner of fish and chips. The only reason why I gave one star is because everyone including myself was in the bathroom(TMI I know) within 2 hours of eating. Because of this I will not return. Left the restaurant tonight at 9:30pm…started feeling sick at 10:20pm

Not great. Drinks were decent but food is consistently subpar. Nothing like the Glen Burnie location which is 10 times better than this one.

One of my favorite places to dine when I’m in the mood for seafood and pomegranate Martinis. I recently tried the car side with a mango twist which may become another favorite drink. The crab cakes and bang bang shrimp are very good but a little pricey for the proportions, otherwise no complaints.

Firts time going. I ordered the sirloin + crab cake dish. My wife had the rainbow trout. My wifes fish was outstanding and my crab cake was as well. My sirloin on the other hand was dry and chewy. The coleslaw was great. The restaurant was ckean and good atmosphere but the service a bit on the slow side. To me it was a bit overpriced but the price was not a big issue. I would return but i would go check out another Bonefish Grill to see if theirs any difference.

This is no longer a very great brunch option. The brunch menu has been reduced in offerings so the shrimp and corn cakes are no longer available. The steak and eggs Benedict came out with gray steak that was cold and tough as nails. The bang bang shrimp Benedict was EXTREMELY spicy in the opinion of a spicy food lover. The bang bang Benedict was also served cold after an EXTREMELY long wait from putting in our orders. The only side options are au gratin style cheesy pile of cold mush *cough cough I mean potatoes or crunchy cold asparagus… come oooooon bone fish really? No offering of fruit? Grits? Home fries for brunch? Service from Brooke was slow and lackluster but most notably I need answers for why there’s a bottomless mimosa offering if mimosas are served by the glass and each glass takes on average 15 minutes to arrive to the table? If multiple mimosas were ordered at once, they still came out one at a time… At 15 minute intervals= Party FOUL!!! Certainly this is not because fresh juice was being squeezed, since we were pretty disappointed to find their flavored mimosas being concocted from flavored syrups and were void of fresh fruit or fruit juice. I could find better ways to waste 20 $ and would not return since I can’t find anything good to say about this place aside from… Yup you guessed it… I didn’t die :)

I went to Bonefish yesterday for my birthday lunch. I called ahead to make reservations because I had a pretty large party and spoke with Bridgette who was extremely nice and very helpful. She answered all of my questions and even asked if I needed high chairs or any other accommodations. When I arrived with my party, we were seated, the servers asked if we wanted checks broken up and how. They explained menu selections and daily specials. All of our food came out quickly, hot and exactly how we asked for it. Nothing got sent back. Nothing was confused. The cucumber margarita is AMAZING! The whole experience was great! I will definitely be returning.

How do I get my food BEFORE my drinks? Horrible seating and horrible service. Too bad because the food is good.

I usually come to Bonefish because I love the Sangrias, but the service sucked tonight! Long wait for the soup and I had to go to the bar to get my waiter. He was unattentive and giving us slow service. The bar was not even busy. The soup finally came and it was cold. We ordered dessert and as we waited we sat with dirty plates in front of us.

Beyond the food and drinks, I look for good customer service when I go out. The customer service I experienced at Bonefish Grill was phenomenal and much appreciated. We arrived for Sunday brunch and were greeted by the wonderful hostess, Jessica. We were seated and our server came over. He was monotone, unenthusiastic and very nonchalant. More importantly, he was M.I.A! We ordered our bottomless drinks and it took forever and a day to receive them. Since he was nowhere in sight, I had to flag down Jessica to see what was going on. She promptly brought our drinks over, which happened to be sitting at the bar waiting to be delivered. Our food arrives and we were missing our toast. I had to yell across the room to get his attention. At this point we needed refills and he refused to check on us or any of the tables around us. It wasn’t busy at this point, so we couldn’t understand what the hold-up was. My sister requested to speak to the manager, of course she had to ask our hostess, who doubled as our server, to bring the manager over. The manager, Lindsay arrived and was extremely pleasant and apologetic about her employee. We voiced our concerns and she said something to us that I’ve never heard from a manager. She offered us another server all-together. She didn’t want our current server to taint our experience and she didn’t want him to retaliate against us in a positive or negative manner. We even explained that it wasn’t fair to have the fabulous hostess, Jessica, coming over to check on our needs, when our server was clearly ignoring us. A few moments later, our awesome NEWREPLACEMENT server, Brooke came over and treated us like rock stars! This is the server we should’ve had in the beginning, because she was very accommodating, cheerful and full of energy. She kept our bottomless drinks full and made a few suggestions for us. We both ordered from the Endless Bubbles Brunch menu. That includes an ENDLESS beverage of your choice, peach bellini, mimosa or blackberry sangria and an entrée of either Eggs Benedict, Brunch Favorite Menu item or an Omelet, all for the phenomenal price of $ 19.00. If you can’t handle bottomless, you can get a glass of any of the drinks I just listed for $ 6. Man up and get the bottomless, you’ll thank me later! I ordered the California omelet with a side of cheesy potatoes au gratin. The meal was delish! For dessert, I ordered the donuts! Umm, deliciousness in a cinnamon sugar dough!!! Now that’s what I’m talking about! It’s served with chocolate and caramel sauce and fresh whipped cream. You can even infuse the inside of the donut to make your own creation! The food was wonderful, but what will make me return is the customer service. Fabulous job Bonefish! I shall return!

I’ve always had good things to say about Bonefish, until Sunday night when we visited your Gambrills, MD location. The service was very slow and I left there still hungry. I complained to the person who brought the food and she couldn’t comprehend the problem so I just gave up trying to get her to understand. My food just wasn’t worth the money. Terrible experience

Tonight was the first time ever eating at a bonefish and will be the last. We ordered take out, the ambiance I noticed was extremely dark, thankfully I didn’t have to read a menu, it would have been very hard to. The hostess that took my order was very nice. The food though. well that is why such a low rating. Because it was our anniversary we splurged a little, getting things we normally wouldn’t. My husband always wanting Lobster went and got the lobster with Potato au garten. The lobster came already deshelled which was nice, but it was dry and when you saw exactly how much came it was really pathetic and NOWHERE near the price they charge for it. The potatos were inedible, even with ketchup which for him is a fix all. He also ordered a crab cake appitzer, in his own words it was a ‘fish cake’ it tasted nothing like crab, just fish. I ordered the fish and chip, while the fries were decent tasting even soggy from the short drive home, the fish had a very very strange taste, I had to dunk it into a sauce that came with my calamari to over ride the taste, and the batter around the fish was soggy. even the short car ride home it shouldn’t have become soggy like that. The calamari was delicious though did not sit well on my stomach. My only issue with the calamari is that like some restaurants they have both the O ring, but then they have what looks like baby ones… and i’m sorry but I don’t like seeing what my food originally was. and having an eye socket looking at me when I eat it just. no… Both of us with in an hour of eating had horrid stomach aches, we will certainly be avoiding this restaurant in the future.

This is the first time I ever been to a bonefish grill and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Our waiter Ian was very rude and failed to tell me there’s an extra charge on fries as a side to my entrée. When I received the fries, they were extremely salty and asked if I could exchange the fries for jasmine rice. The waitress that wasn’t serving us said it wasn’t a problem, but Ian still charged us 2 extra sides! I have a health condition that prevents me from eating foods that are too salty and Ian still charged me. The food portions are too small for me, especially for paying so much. The restaurant itself looked nice, and I think that was the only good thing about my experience. I called the manager and he said he can give me a free appetizer but honestly with how horrible Ian was, I don’t plan on going to bonefish grill anytime soon if ever.

The ambiance is nice and the staff was really friendly. Plus there wasn’t a wait, which is often the case in Waugh Chapel. I love the bang bang shrimp at any bonefish and my food was delicious. However my boyfriend got the steak ordered medium and it was very well done. At a nice restaurant I expect them to know how to cook a steak, even if its a seafood place. I thought it was strange when the waiter delivered it he asked my boyfriend to cut into it to see if it was cooked okay, so this much be a normal problem that they have. They offered to recook it, which was nice, but we didn’t want to have to wait for that.

I’ve had several dining experiences at BFG, but this was my first brunch dining experience there. Sorry no pictures as I was famished and the french toast I ordered was on point. It came with two slices of bacon and fresh strawberries and whipped crème as a garnish. They offer the bottomless mimosas, blackberry sangria or peach bellinis to quench your thirst as you play catch up with your friends and family. I tried one of each and the blackberry sangria was my favorite. The peach bellini has a slice of frozen peach in it to serve as a chiller and a treat when you’re done. Service was on par and my server was very attentive. My favorite carnivore made light work of his Angus beef burger and fries. His only feedback was that he wished it were a little juicier. It was pretty sizable and came with one side item option. Very clean establishment with plenty of parking. Located in the Waugh Chapel shopping center across from The Green Turtle and Red Robin

I came here for the third time in the past 4 years. I used to like bonefish grill but not anymore. The ambiance has been downgraded. I do not like that they use a piece of brown paper as table cover instead of white table cloths. It’s not like they serve any steamed crabs here. The foods are ok. The ceviche was terrible almost like the mix of boiled seafood with ketchup. Very disappointing. The free bread with olive oil is pretty good. The attic char fish tastes good like salmon. Crab and avocado was so so. The service is good but the foods came out slow.

Really disappointed with my last experience here, which was my first time picking up an order. Our salad was beyond pathetic — small, with few toppings. Night and day compared to our dining experience there with the same order. The bang bang shrimp was good. No complaints there. We had to wait on bread and when it came, even though we had three entrees we were picking up, we only got one small loaf. That being said, the time before I visited, it was for brunch and it was fan-FREAKING-tastic! So much to choose from and a deal on mimosas and bellinis. Very nice! They had everything from cajun shrimp omelettes to crème brûlée french toast. Just fantastic. Pick up order? 3 stars. Brunch and Dinner? 5 stars. Average Experience? 4 stars.
