Sally Beauty Supply

I’ve been trying to get my hair back to its closest natural color as possible so I can get it re done professionally. I got a kit at wal mart a couple of months ago to take the color out and now I want something else at Sally just to make sure I’m getting it right. I told the sales lady when I was done that I needed her. She wobbled over to me a few minutes later and said «what do you want». (Really??? Shouldn’t she be saying «how can I help you?») I told her my problem and she said «well you didn’t strip your hair because if you did it would orange.» «When you people start buying Wal mart products you’re ruining your hair and I don’t think anything we have will help you»
Seriously? Isn’t her job sales? I’m sure there is something there I need but she would have rather condemned my choices rather than help me.
This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here. I won’t be back. I can easily drive a few minutes more off the island and find what I need there.
