These guys have a policy of making you wait till the van is full to transport you to your ship. This can be 45 minutes. They will not leave early, «My boss won’t let me, etc.» This is a real problem if you have a bunch of kids eager to get to the boat! Other than than, one, MAJOR, complaint, its a 5 star facility. But, this unfriendly policy, coupled with the fact that there is NO DISCLOSURE until AFTER you have paid gets a one star rating. Owner, its your job to fix this.
