Phenomenal service and delicious hamburgers! Burgers are my favorite food and the double cheeseburger was one of the best I’ve had.

I made this place a permanent home in my stomach since I’ve moved to the island. Everyone here is insanely friendly and their food is awesome!
I’ve tried everything on the menu at least once. Every time I go I accompany my lunch with a root beer float.
They make everything in house, and their bread is made fresh daily from the bakery right across the way.
Only thing I hate is their early closing times. Sometimes I just can’t make it before two pm :(
Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Traveling through Galveston we were looking for a lunch spot and found Patio Grill. Great burgers and tacos & service was fabulous.

Great service, good food, on the way, definitely making it a regular spot. In a tiny strip mall with a steady flow of customers. Good made fresh.

I actually really love this place and their food. However, today they get only one star, and if I could, I would give them no stars. I ordered food to be delivered to me at work, which is literally up the road from this place, at ten to noon. At quarter to one, they still did not deliver my food. When I called back, the call went straight to voicemail. I called several times with the same results. It is now twenty after one, no food and no word about it. I missed out on my lunch hour and had to go hungry because they obviously are not going to deliver my food. I am very upset!!!

So glad we stopped here for lunch! Food is fresh and delicious, and service was amazing. Highly, highly recommend Patio Grill!

I’m just not seeing what everyone else loves about this new burger spot. I felt that it should be a more casual, counter-​type restaurant, instead of having a waitress who runs the entire front. As far as the food, it was reasonably priced, came out timely, but the quality wasn’t spectacular.
I liked Michael Burger on the west end of the island better, since the patties are much thicker than Patio Grill. I don’t understand why restaurants use the double patty when you can just have 1 thick one. Then again, you can’t please everyone.
I tried the bbq cheeseburger and added a side of fries, which was a tad over $ 8. The patty seemed fresh, not frozen, but it was also probably machine pressed and not hand formed. Toppings were pretty standard since I asked for it all the way. The best parts of the taste for me were the bbq sauce they use and the liberal amounts of shredded cheese which is nicely melted and gooey. Fries were your standard crinkle cut ones and didn’t seemed to be cooked enough or something.
Not sure If I’ll be back anytime soon since I don’t frequent Galveston often, but I would like to try the shakes.

Don’t let the simple décor turn you away. Food was hot and fresh. We had the double cheeseburger and the veggie quesadilla. Veggies were fresh and not canned. So good. Hardest working waitress and so sweet.

I found this hidden away gem on Unilocal (it’s set back from Broadway next to Cricket Wireless). I got there after the lunch rush but there were still 6 – 8 people enjoying their food. I ordered the BBQ Cheddar Burger with onion rings and iced tea. The food was great, the service attentive, and the check was very reasonable. Definitely a do over.

Great little place to get a burger, tacos, salad, etc. we had the mushroom burger with tater tots (very good and not greasy) and the chicken fajita salad with homemade salsa… Both were great! We’ll be back for sure :)

Gives Tookies in Seabrook some competition! Great food. Burgers and sweet potato fries are yummy!

It is a great atmosphere because the owners, yes they serve and cook, are friendly and so pleasant you want to come just to see them. My family of three have been all over Galveston island, Pirate’s beach, Jamaica beach and Sea Isle and by far this is the best for burgers, sandwiches and fries and other. Homemade, delicious and hot. No chain food taste here!

Really like this place. The burgers and sweet potato fries are great. The service is always friendly.
I wish they were open longer but they close too early.

I finally got to try this place !!! I had stopped by a few times and they were closed (they close early on weekends) but during the week you can catch them before 4pm.
I’m so glad I didn’t give up on this little place !!! I rate my reviews based on what to expect and for actually what the place is.
This place is a burger dive and it’s awesomesauce !!! No it’s not gourmet or fancy and I don’t want it to be. The burgers are tasty, thin and the bread is perfect. The tots and fries are crispy and yummy. The service is very friendly.

This place would be 5 stars except for one very annoying issue. They do not honor the posted hours.
On 5 separate occasions I’ve gone here and they were closed early.
They seem to come and go as they need/​want and don’t really try to stick to the posted hours. I did speak to the owner and their reasoning is they are a small company. My philosophy is you should try to maintain hours for the benefits of your customers and business.

Good food at a good price. Burger didn’t really stand out to me. Worth the $ 4.95. But the service is why the extra 1 star was added. She was attentive and nice. A diverse menu. Grill favorites combined with some tex mex creates a nice menu. Would come back again.

The patio chairs get one star on their own! They were so comfy. If you want good food for a good price, go here. My group of 3 got hot wings, a cheeseburger, hot, and tater tots for $ 21. Each meal was fantastic. Although it’s not on the water, the location is still nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Yay! A good restaurant. So excited to try something new and actually like it. We were greeted before we even stepped in and the service was wonderful. We found a new favorite! Loved the fried pickles, instant drink refills, the mushroom Swiss burger, fries were amazing, and waitress was great!

Really enjoyed the welcoming staff and friendly service as soon as we walked in. Our meal came out quickly and just as ordered. Loved the the wings and the crinkle cut French fries. Not too crowded, felt like we found a good hidden treasure! Will definitely be back to try the burgers and experience the superb service again!

Good burgers, hot dogs, coney islands, salads, tacos & more. Friendly staff. Nice little place to come for lunch.
