Access to this BK is horrible. Unless you are coming south off 45 you have to make a U-​turn. It is a hassle to get to.
Food is ok and the place is new and clean but if you go through the drive-​thru you better order an extra burger and drink to give to the panhandler that will be waiting for you at the exit.

The service was terrible. The drive through line took a long time. There is only one entrance. If you miss the turn in to the gas station entrance you have to take a mile loop to get back.

This Burger King consistently messes my order up. Four times I’ve visited this location and four times there has been a problem. I don’t even order anything modified. Just ordering straight from the menu and the order is messed up like missing bacon, no cheese, wrong bun, wrong sauce, no veggies, ect. They don’t take action to correct their mistakes either. Instead they would rather fight with customers then attempt to resolve an issue. Also, don’t bother to call in the evening. The night manager admitted to me that she doesn’t answer the phone becuase it’s «nothing but people complaining». That should maybe be your first sign that you’re doing things wrong.

I have NEVER given a fast food place 5 stars. But this Burger King is top notch. The manager, Robbie goes above and beyond and the place was impeccably clean while we were there. They had someone cleaning tables immediately after people left, not hours later, so virtually every table was spotless. They gave all the kids crowns and two extra cups — no charge — so they do care about your business. They have really nice art on the wall, not the typical cheesy stuff in fast food places but like they took the time to get an interior decorator here and with seasonally festive decorations, too. I was actually impressed, and they got our order right, which rarely happens at fast food. It was right on the money. When you get that kind of service, it is only nice to leave a review.
