Marshall’s refused to return a pair of shoes that were worn once and ripped. I’m sure it’s more my frustration with large, capital enterprises that can hide behind phrases like «it’s our policy» because one customer is a drop in the bucket, but nevertheless, I will not be returning. Shop small, I suppose.

On a mission for a petite black skirt, no frills, no leather, cotton only. Alas, did not find that here, but bought some baby gift items, and name brand petite tops and a summer dress. Shoes in my size hard to find but snagged a pair here. The beach attire was picked over but with summer, graduation, expected same. New Balance sandals for men about ½ the price I would have paid in Houston and some Father’s Day grilling gadgets were a good find — Galveston retail is richer for my visit.
Not a large scale Marshall’s, but ok selection. The staff were over the top helpful. Clean store.

Found this store when taking the back road to Moody Gardens. It was a pleasant surprise as I love Marshall’s. Stopped in with teenager and ended buying several things for our visit to Galveston. It is nice and clean with a good selection. Not as much stuff as I’m used to in the Houston locations but it was acceptable. I would definitely stop by here again.
