I recommend either of the salted caramel. I had the chocolate but the frosting is what makes it and I imagine it would be just as good with vanilla cake. I will definitely be back to try all the others!

Mom and I decided that we were having a pretty awesome beach break so why not continue the fun and try a new place. Enter Little Miss Cupcake. We saw the cute truck and I turned to mom«I like cupcakes.» We quickly pulled over and I ran out and ordered us a «Chocolate Ocean.» Tripple chocolate cake with Cream Cheese frosting. Divinity thy name is cupcake. We didn’t actually eat it until after dinner(because we’re good like that). The cake stayed super moist and the frosting was out of this world. I usually am not a big fan of frosting because it can be overly sweet, but this was just a perfect blend of cream cheese and sugar and pure tasty. There was even a mini Hersey bar in the frosting. The cake. Oh. My. God. the cake. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this cake tasted. I can’t wait to taste the other flavors. Here’s the menu: Berry Bomb: strawberry cake with cream cheese frosting Beach Bum: butter cake with chocolate frosting Beached Blonde: vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting Chocolate Ocean: triple chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting AND — *Weekly Specials* Mom and I split the cupcake and it left us both wanting more. We could have each eaten another dozen. Next I think I’m ordering the Beach Bum. No the Berry Bomb. No the Chocolate Ocean again. No… The single cupcake was $ 3. I think for 4 cupcakes it’s $ 10.(but don’t quote me on that). I can’t wait to go next time I’m in Galveston.

Some of the best cupcakes I have ever tasted! I am a regular here & my favorite is the Berry Bomb. I suggest to try them all… LMC is a mom-and-pop business & they need local support. You are un-American if you do not love and respect a self employed small business!

These are the best cupcakes I have ever had. Soooo worth the money. I would eat the triple chocolate every day if I could.

Holy cupcake these are so fantastic! I had heard about this little cupcake truck on Twitter and after missing them last weekend when we were in Galveston, I made it a point to make sure we stopped by there this afternoon before going out to eat. We even brought a cooler so we could keep the cupcakes from melting while were eating… and I am so glad we did! These were fantastic after dinner, although I can imagine they would be delicious at any time! The regular menu features four flavors with cute, beachy names: the«Berry Bomb»: strawberry cake with cream cheese frosting; the«Beach Bum»: butter cake with chocolate frosting; the«Beached Blonde»: vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting and the«Chocolate Ocean»: triple chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting. Today she also had lemon, red velvet and a double(or maybe triple?) chocolate with chocolate frosting. I don’t know what those names were, oh wait probably«freaking delicious»! The cupcakes are $ 3.00 or four for $ 10. Well, in order to make sure I had a thorough sampling, I got four! That way hubby and I could have some of each one! Plus, what a bargain, right? We got the lemon with cream cheese frosting, the double(or triple?) chocolate with chocolate frosting, the butter cake with chocolate frosting and the vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting. The butter cake and the vanilla cake were good; very good. But the chocolate and the lemon? Oh em gee. Those were the best cupcakes I have ever had! Seriously. The were moist and the frosting was rich but not too overly sweet and the ratio of frosting to cupcake was perfect! Little Miss Cupcake knows her stuff, y’all! The truck is parked at 33rd and Seawall, right in the parking lot next to Drip. You can’t really miss it as it’s brightly painted pink with happy smiling cupcakes all over it. The owner(I assume) was sweet and very pleasant although I can’t imagine she was very comfortable sitting in that warm truck all afternoon. I think right now they are there on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 2:30 to 6:00 pm, but I’m sure the hours vary somewhat. I have to admit I’m glad they are in Galveston and not closer to me, as there is NO way I could resist stopping here every day. I seriously think I have a new addiction and it’s LMC.
