Had the best experience here! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for beautiful and unique quality invitations/stationery.
I live in Houston so I was unable to make the trip out to Galveston to personally order my wedding thank you cards but Hayley’s service and communication was exceptional. Everything was so easy and she was so responsive by email/phone.
I have ordered from her twice and she would get everything taken care of within just a few days. She designed gorgeous wedding thank you cards for me and gave me exactly what I had envisioned!
I also liked how easy it was to pay online and view the invoice.

HH Design House always puts out a quality product that’s custom designed to your needs. I have had baby shower invitations and personalized Christmas cards made from them over the last four years. They were also instrumental in our random monthly holiday cards. The design team is always listening and they always come up with something better than I could have imagined.

I wish I could give a really great review, but can’t. The work is stunning and the staff is really friendly; however, there is severe lack of communication. I would email without hearing a response for over a week, called and left messages without getting a call back, and was told that things were being sent but never received them. In fact, I never received a revised estimate that I asked for… in July.
Maybe it’s living in NYC, but people who want your business respond. Guess my job wasn’t worth their time.
