I had to add an update. We went back in March (once again on a whim). My husband and I each got a new tattoo. Our artist was great — very talented and friendly. The place is very clean. I highly recommend!

I walked in to a couple of dudes talking shit to each other. No big deal.
Until this guy… Mike… Matt…start talking and I noticed that he was cleaning up his used area, with no gloves, and starts setting up for another customer without washing his hands.
So you mean to tell me that all that dirty and contaminated shit you just had your hands on… is now on those new needles and ink caps?
Walked straight out. I’m cool on that Bro.

This store is awesome! I dropped in while I was in town from California. It’s not just a smoke shop… they have a ton of goofy gag gifts, t-​shirts and incense. Great place to drop by if you are looking for a last minute gift for someone. The guy at the counter was super friendly. He mentioned that we should also visit the other location on the Strand which rents hookahs and sells booze! Wha!!! Now that’s my kind of shopping trip! Would definitely go again in the future.

LOVE THIS STORE!!! They have so many options for glassware and hookah flavors. They even have their own line of vape juices too, I highly suggest glazed doughnut. Ask for Josh, he is very knowledgeable with ecigarettes and vaporizers– super helpful. You can even rent a Hookah and sit outside on the patio with a drink. One of my favorite stops anytime I’m on the island!!!

This business has 2 locations, the strand being the largest of them. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, that is honest (if they don’t know the answer they won’t try to bs you). I really like the selection of funny t-​shirts. They even have swords, knives and other cool things you won’t find just anywhere. The selection of incense is also pretty fantastic. I’ve bought several glass pipes there, some even made by LOCAL glassblowers, at a great price. They even have an adult toy section and a hookah bar. A must stop shop for adults living and visiting Galveston.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Guy behind the counter sucks. You don’t even know anyone’s there until you walk around and see him, staring at his phone. Never asks to help you or anything. He’s either stoned out of his mind or hates his life. Don’t come here unless you have to.
Shisha selection is decent. Glass pieces over priced. I hope the employee reads this review and realizes it’s his customer service that drove hundreds of dollars of business away today.

Just wow — so rude– I guess the guy behind the counter really hates his job. I asked to look at afew things hoping to get some jewelry and a water pipe, he acted like someone farted in his sandwich– if you’re in the strand this is a total skip

It is, what it is. A smoke shop. I pretty much went in, got what I needed and left. Nothing special. It is a little small and can get cramped if like 3 people are in there at the same time. That kind of stinks. Other than that though, it wasn’t horrbile. Their prices are what you would expect for a shop on the seawall.
The employee I dealt with was very nice and we had a pleasant random chat while he was ringing up my purchase.
All in all, I would go back if I needed to!

I come here for the hookah tobacco. Ive come in multiple times when the main store on the strand has been closed and I have always had it been a hit or miss situation. Sometimes I’ll go in and they will have exactly what I want but the past time I went they were out of every flavor that I was looking for, the cashiers response was to got the main store (it was already closed). In general if you are looking for any type of hookah flavors here I say come only if you are in a pinch, otherwise head over to the one on the strand.
