Gulf Coast Bail Bonds

I called while a family member was in jail. I called 2 hrs after he had been arrested and the lady who answered was rude! I’m obviously calling about a BAIL BOND IN GALVESTON to a 409 area code and when I politely asked her to look up the name of my cousin, she said «what are you talking about?» It’s not about what you say but about how you say it and this lady was rude and didn’t know how to search a name up on her computer. She said she was going to call me back and she never did. I went to where they are located and when I entered there were 3 ladies sitting down laughing and giggling and didn’t even bother to say hello or to even acknowledge me. I had to say hello for one of them to ask me what I needed. I don’t know what her name was I didn’t bother to ask but I recognized her voice and she was probably having a bad day or just hates working at a job that requires you to deal with people. I would recommend Bail America Bail Bonds. The only reason I came to Gulf Coast was because of the many positive reviews but I guess I came on a bad day. Horrible service!
