Super nice and fair I have been taken advantage of more than once by the nationally owned places in Galveston. I was pleasantly surprised by the down home trustworthy people. Locally owned, great work, fair price, really friendly and no add on «suggestions»

Was told to come here by the O’Riley guy. It was the WORST decision ever! I was a poor college student looking to get an oil leak fixed, which they never did, and charged me $ 800. They refused to fix it again the 2^nd time around claiming it was a different part they needed to replace. I was a scared kid at that time and they took advantage. Please do not ever come here for anything EVER!!!

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. They are the most crooked, backwoods place I have ever had the experience of going to in my life. They didn’t fix the problem I had with my car in the first place and then when they «fixed» it I ended up breaking down on the side of the freeway 200 miles from home. Turns out the part they put inside my car wasn’t the correct one and didn’t fit in the housing. When I confronted the owner, Wanda, about the situation immediately went on the defensive and started saying that I, and the dealership I got my car fixed at were both lying. We had to have multiple interactions and nothing about the situation was fixed. She refused to compromise and wouldn’t even consider giving the money for the part itself back, when she overcharged me by $ 300 in the first place. She has a scam going on with the car parts shop next door to maximize her profit and cheat customers out of money. Please take my advice and never, EVER, ever, ever take your car here.
