Came here with my husband January 2016. His breakfast was really good, a special of the day omelette with pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms and onions. Mine was egg white and veggie, chock full of veggies but needed seasoning. Home fries were delicious and bacon was perfectly crisp. Would definitely return if back in the area.

I came here on a Friday night. There were not many people here. The food here is really only 2 stars. The taste of the food is like a deli’s. Service is just ok. Not worth the driving to come here. Very disappointed.

Sooo good. We tried to go to breakfast at another place up the road but it had so few tables and there was a long wait. Found this place on Google maps — really nice décor, very clean and busy but plenty of tables so no wait. Staff was very friendly, service prompt and food so very tasty. An unexpected gem– definitely recommend!

Meatloaf was recommended and it was horrible. Tastes like salty breadcrumbs w mcormick seasoning. Horrible. They took it off our bill. My wife seafood scampi was good until she tasted the crabmeat. Fishy and def not fresh. Big disappointment. We wont be coming back.

This morning we ate a delightful breakfast at this café. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and classy. Even though the restaurant felt very nice, the prices were very reasonable. The service was superb, making us feel right at home. We ate the creamed chipped beef and a Spanish style omelet. Both were excellent. If we were in the area again, we would surely return!

Just discovered this restaurant in Galloway — seemed to always have cars. Very nice inside, especially the room to the right with lots of windows looking out to trees, which we appreciate living in Ventnor, not exactly a tee covered area! There is lots of wood, and high ceilings, and pictures on the wall — very gemutlich as the Germans would say! We actually came for the Octoberfest(German background) and everything was very good. The soups are fantastic — the split pea and the Italian Wedding soup couldn’t be better. The salads are good. We tried the Hunter, Rahm and Weiner Schnitzel(veal cutlets), the Pork roast and the Sauerbraten. All were fantastic(and generous enough to give us supper!). The sides of spatzle and red cabbage were as good as I’ve had in Germany, a rare occurrence. The potato salad was warm and tasty with bacon. We’ll definitely be going back as the owner assured us they bake their own turkey, beef and ham, so looking forward to some sandwiches. They also have an inexpensive breakfast from 8 – 10 for $ 5.99 with egg or pancake with meat and coffee, and an early bird dinner from 3 – 6 with many choices including a soup/salad, main course with sides, and dessert for as little as $ 11.99. This will be a go to when we go to the bird preserve, the Noyes museum, and just because!

I stumbled upon this place in a desperate search for breakfast and it turned into my favorite place. Servers are always great here, attentive, and nice! Breakfast is what I normally get and there’s no complaints. Portion size is generous. I would recommend! Great place to stop into after a night in AC I’ve also had their appetizers and they’re just as good. The quesadillas and chicken fingers. I did order the blackened shrimp penne pasta dish, wasn’t thrilled could have just been me. Everything is worth a shot at trying!

Romanelli’s Garden Café is a refresher from Atlantic City casinos, nestled in a thick grove of trees, with groups of people who seem at home. Blissfully behind the times in surveillance, not one camera was spied in the dining area. The menu is prodigious with large pages and six total. There’s a daily Specials sheet that could serve as the regular one at diners. The orange juice was delicious. For brunch I ordered«the wrong thing» which you will not find on the list. It was a good, needed, dose of vegetables, with supporting sauce. My head was in the choice, not my heart. There are sides to choose from and one would have fed the whole body. I will return to verify and try to pick the best of so many options. If considering getting buzzed at breakfast, see the accompanying drinks photo. Note: I was able to use a one time fifteen percent off coupon on checkin

What a find. If you are in AC and looking for Italian this is the place! Food is out of this world delicious and on top of it they have a great happy hour menu at the bar(full size meatball sub for $ 6)!!! Italian food fans do yourself a favor and get to this place asap! I will return each time in AC.

Favorite place in the area to grab lunch or dinner. So many things to choose from even for a vegetarian like myself. I recommend the veggie burger. It’s absolutely delicious. The staff is very friendly which stood out to me the most.

All of our meals were outstanding! There were 5 of us. We had an outstanding waitress, and our Key Lime Pie and HEAVENLY Chocolate Desserts topped off the evening! AUG. 27, 2015… Birthday breakfast for my husband. Awesome food. Even An early bird special from 810 am, only $ 3.50. Amazing food, and a table side visit by owner Rick Romanelli

Mistakenly thought this was just an Italian restaurant at first glance but it has a huge, varied menu and is even open for breakfast. Lovely waitstaff and owner(who personally chatted with us and checked on us periodically) and good food. I’d definitely go back.

A great find. Great service, good food and reasonable prices. Had eggplant parm which was tasty, light(not greasy) and there was enough food to feed 3 people. My wife had the scallops which were excellent and my son had group which was terrific. Would highly recommend if you want good value and quality.

Meh at best. Tried the chowder and flat bread margarita pizza. Both were average at best. No real motivation to return on my limited budget.

Romanelli is a really nice intimate restaurant to go to. I went after lunch hours, but I really enjoyed their interior design because it allows for a more«intimate» look to it and that’s hard to find in most restaurants. I went here on a surprise birthday party(apparently my own…) and like I said we went after lunch hours so it was pretty empty and we almost had the whole restaurant to ourselves minus maybe 2 – 3 parties of people in other areas. The staff was extremely friendly and made small conversations with us which I appreciated and were very understanding of our situation(my 1 sister and I came in 30 – 45 minutes later than the group… I didn’t know because they surprised me…) We first ordered drinks and I got the Key Lime Martini(I wouldn’t have imagined they would have drinks since it’s more known as a brunch breakfast place) and that was delicious! If you like Key Lime Pie, you will definitely enjoy this drink! For our main entrée I ordered the Penne and Meatballs and my boyfriend ordered Blackened Chicken Alfredo. His was pretty good and same with mine besides 1 thing. I was a bit disappointed that my Penne and Meatballs only had…1 meatball on the darn thing. I was a semi large meatball, but it sort of looked pathetic on the plate of pasta and 1 meatball in the middle? I had to slice that baby into multiple pieces so that I can eat along with my pasta. I mean my overall experience was nice, everyone else ordered sandwiches and it came out pretty good, though it came with an actual bag of chips(I would’ve rather opened it up and sprawled it out on the plate). The service was nice and the food was great besides some minor parts… but overall still a nice place to dine at. I have heard their breakfast and lunches are great but since we went later we didn’t get to experience that part. Until next time!

If you’re not from the area, and were to ask a local young adult for their breakfast/brunch/lunch recommendations then chances are, they will probably tell you to check out Shea’s. I, on the other hand, would beg to differ and tell you to come check out Romanelli’s Garden Café, which is down the street. KEYPOINTS * Lovely interior and exterior my friends * Wonderful staff members [1] * Tables were nicely spaced apart so you’re not touching elbows with neighboring table customers FOOD * Marghertia Flat Bread Pizza(Appetizer) [2] * Patty Melt(Sandwich Lunch Entrée) [3] [1] Attentive; checks up on you frequently; holds nice conversations [2] Served under reasonable time; nice and warm; mozzarella was nice and stringy; highly recommend [3] Toasted to perfection; the meat was slightly more cooked than my preferences but was no overwhelmingly dry so, not too much to complain about; the mushrooms did secrete«slight» oils, but it was probably since they brought out the entrée under fast and reasonable timing that it didn’t give the mushrooms enough time to drain the oils; you know the dishes were cooked fresh since the plates that they’re served on was not overwhelmingly hot OVERALL I could see myself coming back here to try out other food options on their menu, which is amazing because I love myself a large selection and assortment of food options to choose from. If only Romanelli was closer to me, I would definitely come by more frequently.

Maybe it was because it was my sister’s birthday when I came here, but the service was great! They were attentive and patient with us. A few of us arrived an hour earlier than the birthday girl(she and I had problems on our way). I ordered the She Crab Soup and Regular Italian Cold Sub. Both were what I would expect from the dish.

Love it here. Décor is really homey and nice. Got seated quick for a party of 5. Quick service. Great food. The omelette I got had zucchini, tomatoes, basil and provolone. Massive. I wasn’t able to eat it all. Home fries were okay, I prefer mine shredded and crispy. The Christina’s French toast had blueberries/peaches and a vanilla brandy sauce and it was DIVINE! Ginger lemonade was tasty and not overly sweet. I’ll be back. It’s my favorite spot. They haven’t disappointed me yet!
