Ordered $ 2500 of Emtek locks from them. One of them broke after about 4 months of use. Sent it back and they said we had reversed the lock. Not true. If the lock was reversed they did it. They insist it was not a warranty issue for that reason and they now will not respond to calls or emails.
Do not do business with these people for any reason. I wish I had looked at these reviews.

I ordered over $ 200 worth of door hardware on August 10^th. After a week and a half of no shipping notice, I had to call them. They said one item was backordered and it would be in the following day and then shipped to me that same day. I called back a few days later and they told me the same thing. I just called again today and they said I would get a notice at 5pm today. We’ll see how that goes.
When an item is backordered, normal companies notify the consumer that their order will be over two weeks late and give them the opportunity to cancel the order and go with a different company. I wanted to work with Taylor because they are local and have a great selection, but it looks like the rest of my security needs will be stocked by
