Do not hire this company unless you do not care about cost or timely service. I got locked out of my car at my house. They quoted me on the phone a $ 29 service call plus «$ 25 or more» for opening lock and said that it would only be more than $ 25 if «it was complicated getting into the car.» They promised to arrive in 30 minutes. He did not show and when I called, he said he came by but «had to leave to help another customer» so he would be another 20 minutes. Try 30 minutes. Then he arrives, gets into the car in about 10 seconds and demands $ 150! $ 100 more for 10 seconds of service? He would not budge on the price. When I called to complain the company representative said «you got a good deal.» She tried to justify it by saying that it was not «complicated» because the person was a professional and I was warned that it could be more than $ 25. Really? What kind of crap is that? I asked for a partial refund — I thought $ 80 – 90 was fair. She said she would «get back to me.» Never happened. I do not recommend this company. They give locksmiths a bad name.
