Very good place. Been going for 3 years. Maggie my new fave! The owner is ever present and runs a tight ship. There are plenty of places in Gaithersburg but not as solid and affordable as this place. Plenty of candy and water when session done and volume discounts apply.

I am a girl who loves being pampered. So on a whim I tried a new massage place.
The people when you first walk in are so attentive and it is nice and relaxing while you wait to go in the back. When you go into the massage room there are not nice linens on the bed instead there is a piece of like doctor table paper and a towel. I was super confused I thought they wanted me to leave clothes on since it looked like they had nothing to cover me. They then used baby oil and not massage lotion (the only good thing is they bring a hot towel in to clean off the baby oil when done except they leave without warning so I thought the massage was over). The massage was great
The staff was so friendly and maybe I am just being a snobby stuck up person but the environment to me was below standards for a massage

I read a decent review somewhere else online and since this place is within walking distance of my house, I gave it a try.
I was the only customer there when I walk in at 5:50 pm. I knew for sure because I sent a txt to my friend right before I start. Everything was good for the first 30 mins, then the door bell start ringing and the place got busy. The manager starts walking to each room and ask how much time is left in Chinese. I understand everything she said because I m Chinese, born and rise. My masseuse, Lily/​Lydia, told the manager I have about 20 – 30 mins left. The manager told my masseuse to hurry up, my masseuse said at least 25 mins. The manager told her to finish me in 15mins because today business is bad and she doesn’t want anyone to walkout.
After that my masseuse start working on my legs and her cell ring. I didn’t heard her talking on the phone but I m pretty sure she was texting because for about 10 mins she was only using one hand. She went out to get a hot towel for clean up. Everywhere else in Montgomery County that I been to will use 2 – 3 hot towels to clean up, here, only one. So it got cold quick. After it I turn over, she worked on my leg for about 2 mins and told me I m done.
I got dress and check my cell phone, 6:38, 12 mins short for my hour session. On my way out I heard the masseuse asked the manager about the customer that was waiting. The manager said the customer didn’t want to wait and left. So I walk up them and ask them why my session was shorten in Chinese. Manager answer sorry, we are busy, we will take care of you next time. Told her no thanks, tipped 20% and told I will never come back again.
