I’ve never had any real issues here. Maybe a drink mix-​up every once in awhile but they are always quick to fix it. Normally very clean, even when they are super busy. I come here during work and always get through relatively quick even if there is a line.

Every time I have been at this Starbucks way way far away from the District, I have been pleased with the celerity, the friendliness and the cleanliness. The staff here seem to be happy, rather than grumpy… as in many Starbucks stores. Parking is pretty easy, there is usually an open table, and the tall ceilings make it feel like a larger space. For a Starbucks, it is pretty top notch!

I love this location over all other Starbucks in the area. Environment is nice and friendly. I always feel welcomed. No long waits while associates laugh and joke. They are very efficient. I have to recognize Gabby for super customer service. I have been only going to this location for about 3 weeks and she already knows my name. The Starbucks I previously visited for 3 years did not know my name. Gabby knows I like coconut milk in my drinks and I feel appreciated whenever I interact with her. Thanks Gabby for taking the time to wow your customers!

For a Starbucks this is a nice one. The space is nice with super high ceilings. It’s a busy Starbucks and there was consistently a line the three hours I sat here and worked on a Saturday morning. If you’re looking for a quiet space, this is not the place. Due to the number of customers and high ceilings it can get loud in here. Coffee I had was a standard Sbucks coffee. Nothing special.

I work close by so I come here often on my breaks, however every time I do I end up wasting 10 – 15 minutes while they forget about my order. Not the best experience, although many of the workers are friendly.

The service at the Potomac Valley Starbucks location is good. Major disadvantages to Starbucks include lack of free Wi-​Fi (wireless internet) and lack of free refills for regular coffee, which are both provided by most of their competitors. However, I like Starbucks simply because I like their quality coffee, which is usually consistent throughout the chain locations.
