Are things really that desperate at Radio Shack? They seem to be trawling the bottom of the barrel for staff. Today’s young female staffer at this store couldn’t have been ruder or more unhelpful, mispronounced and mis-​spelled both things I was looking for (potting compound and epoxy), made it very clear that she couldn’t care less and wished I would go away (I was the only customer in the store but maybe there was something interesting on her smartphone) and acted as if I had personally insulted her by asking for help. They’d be better off closing that hiring staff of this caliber.

Bought the Mytouch 4g phone for $ 79 after returning it to Tmobile for $ 250. It was a process because of Tmobile did not want to release the contract, but the associate helped me a lot in dealing with the process; the service was outstanding. I will always check their before buying a cell phone now.
