Worst experience shopping for a suit ever. It’s supposed to be a fun experience right? Miserable. So here’s what happened, I went in because they were having a sale buy one get the second half off(suits). I found one with an associate who said i looked great in it. He said since it was the end of the day and we only had enough time to find one suit that it would be fine for me to come in the next day and work with him and find the second suit. He also claimed that the manager would honor the same special despite it ending that very day. As it turns out the guy wasn’t there the next day and he magically was transferred to another store location(to never return). Also the manager was upset he offered the special to me and let it linger into the next day but decided to honor it. To make matters worse a few weeks before my wedding i needed the suit altered and when i came in an associate ignored me as i walked in through the front door(not even a hello). Another associate told me that the suit i had in my hand was not a good fit for me and i should find something else. Bare in mind i purchased this suit for my wedding 6 months ago and spent $ 700. The alteration guy also gave me a hard time. Thank god they finally altered the suit and it all worked out, but what stress!!! I’ll never return.

I came this past Saturday to help my little brother rent a tux for Prom. Now it may have been the fact that we came in on a Saturday or because my brother waited until the week before Prom to come in, but it took TWOHOURS for us to get finished. We were only being helped for maybe thirty minutes and the rest of the time we spent just sitting around. It seemed as though they didn’t have enough employees on the floor to help all of the young men looking for a tux. All of the employees were helpful except for one older gentleman. He was a little brisk when taking my brother’s measurements. And it’s a good thing that one of the other employees double checked the measurements otherwise my brother would’ve ended up with a tux ready for a flood… Other than that, renting was easy and the girl who rang us up was very accommodating. She allowed my brother to chose the day that worked best for him to drop his rental back off and said we could leave any amount of a deposit we would like and that we would just have to pay the remaining balance when he comes to pick it up. They also had plenty of options in terms of tuxes, colors and patterns of the vests and ties/bowties and accessories. However, we wish they had the tuxes in stock or at least a sample on a mannequin so we could’ve seen what it looked like. Learn from our mistake and come in during a weekday and if you’re looking for a tux for Prom, come a month before the event so you have enough time to have it sent back/tailored and so you aren’t charged a rush fee(if we had come in two days later we would have been charged an extra $ 20).

Went looking for a good beach wedding suit back in the summer(for a December 2014) wedding and Manny did an excellent job making me look like a million bucks. If you go, ask for Manny. He gets it!

I came in to get myself cleaned up for an upcoming function. I would’ve gone to another location but I was in the area. Decent service although I was a bit turned off when Dave said, when showing me a shirt, «Are you gonna buy it if I take it out of the package? It is hard to put back in». Isn’t that your job to repin and repackage a shirt if I don’t decide to buy it? I thought about walking out at that point but didn’t have time to go elsewhere. I’d probably go elsewhere next time I’m in need of good clothing.

I’ll say up front that the two times I’ve been here, it was to buy a cheap pocket square and not a suit, so your mileage may vary. However, both times(with about a year in between), I’ve experienced the same thing: Went into the store to grab a pocket square. This took 30 seconds. Then proceeded to wait upwards of ten minutes for somebody to ring me up. There couldn’t have been more than two other customers in the entire store. They need to have at least one other employee on the floor, since the one I saw was helping out a customer for an extended period of time(which of course, is to be expected in a suit shop). Unimpressed, but I’ll be back for more cheap pocket squares I’m sure.

Been to this location multiple times. Each and every time there is one gentleman that works there who is just rude, his overall attitude and customer service is unattractive. He gives off the vibe of «if you’re not spending $_____then I don’t need to provide my best customer service.» I give them three stars for every rental that I have had arrived on time and just as expected.

My first experience buying a tailored suit. There was no mistaking that it was a sales experience, and they certainly showed me more than I needed and buttered me up a little bit. Finding that the cost of tailoring was added on to the suit was also a learning experience. That said, the slogan holds. The things I bought were well selected with help, and the suits fit perfectly when they were done, and I do like the way I look in them.

Dave M was my salesman and he was excellent. I knew what I wanted and he got the clothes I needed. No high pressure. No upselling.

My husband and I went in here to update his wardrobe — the associates were really attentive and super helpful. They went above and beyond for us. We weren’t advised of the tailoring cost for pants ahead of time, so that was a little surprising(and we could have had it done more cheaply somewhere else). But the tailoring was perfect when we picked up the pants.
