This place os average. It doesn’t come with free chips and salsa like the real guapos does. The food is made fresh. The burrito is cheaper than chipotle. They bring the food out to you you order at the cashier. I’ll come back and try something else. The chips and salsa tastes the same from the real guapos

The food is pretty good, and so is the atmosphere. The forks are a little big though, it seemed odd. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to get smaller forks. It made my meal feel smaller. Also, the complimentary chips were a little too thin, they would break off when I would try to use the salsa(maybe the salsa is too heavy). It wasn’t bad I tell ya

It’s a good place to sit in or take-out. Food is delicious and service is fine. Parking can be an issue but have a little patience you you’ll find some.

I was traveling on business when I came across this place. I had a steak fajita which was delicious. The service was also great. They are very attentive. Prices are very reasonable!

All the same food that the big guapos offer with the convienence of hardly no wait. Just walked in and was seated immediately. Great food and a reasonable price.

One of the most confusing/disappointing restaurant experiences ever. The space used to be a fast food restaurant & still has that lay-out. It’s a combination carry-out/sitdown, fast-food version of other Guapos. Atmosphere was extremely noisy, same tables & booths from previous fastfood place. It’s very crazy w/food runners coming & going, spilling trays of food, smelly mops, getting customers drinks at drink station, customers coming in for carry-out, & those wanting to dine-in. Limited menu of certain mexican dishes & can only order a few types drinks/beers. The place got even louder when mariachi band showed up. If you’re expecting atmosphere/food/drink experience of other locations of Guapo’s(I’ve been to them all from NVa, DC to other Gburg locations, etc) this doesn’t compare. We won’t be going back.

Got 4 tacos here, cost me $ 14. They had little meat and not much else. Total ripoff, won’t be returning.

The food was horrible, the white rice was not cook, the guacamole the worst I ever had, and the carne asada very salty.

Always quick and fresh. Makes me miss my Texas even more. This is about as close as it gets in Gaithersburg, Derwood, and Rockville. Great food, outstanding staff, and management. Very clean restaurant. I give it a very good recommendation to anyone who wants to be adventurous and try Mexican and Central American food

The place is clean and the waiters are friendly. However, now you order at your table and not when you walk in like before. This means 20% more on your bill. Oh well, the chicken is pretty good.

Went here tonight for dinner… Service was really slow… We sat down at least 15 mins before they even gave us water… I got a veggie burrito and it was mediocre… My boyfriend got a chicken quesadilla that had bones in it! Probably won’t go back to this guapos.

This spot is a household favorite for us. Reasonably priced, always fresh food and great customer service, whether you’re dining in or taking out. The chaufa rice is not to be missed. The chicken is top notch, and also a must try are the empenadas. Definitely better than Crisp N Juicy.

There are so many positives about this place. I will try to name a few,. I had my event catered by Guapo’s and their service was excellent and very professional. Horacio took great care of my needs and went above and beyond with his service. My family and frequent this restaurant and are always taken care of. The food is delicious, service is great, Horacio and The rest of the staff are very friendly and attentive. Five stars all the way, the competition in the area is no competition at all.

Great rotisserie chicken! Generally pickup from here twice a month for years now & has consistently been great food & the customer service is excellent (*You must get the Guapos Dipping Sauce for your chicken-its ½ the reason why I come here!)

I was hoping for the same awesomeness you get at the regular guapos. Unfortunately that’s not the case. Chicken is bland, sauce is meh, sides are average. My pollo a la brasa rankings for this area… 1)crispy and juicy 2)picca 3)Sardis 4) guapos

It’s a mini guapos ! That means it’s almost the«real» thing BUT it’s different. This is not the fancier Guapo’s nearby. This is a chicken rotisserie that also serves some tacos and burritos and similar such things. instead of outdoor seating overlooking a lake, they have outdoor seating overlooking Maryland Route 355. Being more or less faster food, there is no tipping because there’re no waitresses, although there are food runners. The staff are super friendly, and the food is good. But, if you were expecting the Guapo’s near the Rio, it’s not really the same thing. But, if you’re hankering for some crunchy cheesy tacos at a good price then stop on in. Why not five stars? Because, the full Guapo’s needs the five stars. This one’s just not quite the full one.

It’s good chicken. It’s not as good as Sardi’s, but it’s friendlier, cleaner and they serve beer and margarita’s! A much more festive environment. Food is ordered at the counter and brought to your table. Menu is centered around combos so looking at the print menu may be less confusing if you just want chicken and a couple sides. The chicken was moist and flavorful, it just wasn’t rubbed down the succulent herbs and spices like the Sardi’s chicken is. Sides were red beans and lots of fried starch options. The spicy green sauce was brought out on request, but wasn’t given outright. It is pretty good, but more vinegary and less creamy than others I’ve had. This would be a great place to sit and have a drink with your meal on a nice day. An authentic looking latin menu like you’d find in Mexico. All staff was very friendly. I’d come here again for certain. If I were bringing someone who had never had local latin rotisserie chicken, though, I’d take them to Sardi’s first. It’s dark and crowded in there, though. Guapo’s is a festive place to hang!
