I’ve been going here for some time and it is a good place and service is pretty good. Shirts are laundered well Dry cleaning is good The only thing I would request is to clean up the parking lot and the lobby it is a dirty.

I’ve been going here for years and am continuously impressed. Very affordable and the staff is super friendly. The same folks have been working there for years, so management must be doing something right! The occasional button is missing, but nothing more than normal wear&tear. Highly recommend!

So I have been going here for years when about a month ago I recuperated a cashmere sweater with two holes on the front of it. I noticed it as I was picking up my garmet and complained. I was directed to the manager, who refused to reimburse me for the sweater, or the drycleaning. He offered to to put a stich in it, but that did not help because it was right in front. He said the sweater was probably damaged already and the dry clean process just made it worse. This was a $ 160 sweater from Ann Taylor that had been worn only three times. Be wary, there is no refund policy, no isurance, no customer care here. DONOTBRINGYOURCLOTHSHERE.

Guess you get what you pay for… price is right for the quality… that’s about it… and parking is a bit dicy.

Break buttons. Awful parking and access. Lost a shirt once. Nice people. I keep going back because they’re cheap and I’m too lazy to go find something better.

If you ever want to wear your clothes again, do not bring them here! You might think«hey, the price is pretty reasonable, I’ll try them» This is a mistake. You will give them 5 items and at least 2 will be ruined. They’ve shrank(shrunken? shrunk? shrinked?) an expensive suit coat, somehow got some kind on blue dye all down the back of my BRIDESMAIDDRESS and it wouldn’t come off, ripped countless ribbons & buttons, and somehow managed to completly distroy my daughter’s wool coat. The wool coat was my last try there; for a total of 4 visits. If my only choices were to hand wash all my clothes on a rock in the river, or come to dryclean warehouse, I’d choose the river. The price is right, and they’re friendly… but the fact is they ruin clothes.

They still continue to break buttons! Go there to wash your blankets or comforters.

It’s cheap. And I’m cheap. So, I go here all the time! The people who work there are really friendly, they greet you warmly, and though they don’t remember you by name, they seem to actually remember you by face. Now the parking lot. The parking lot is a little… off. But if you can park in the back area, there really is ample parking. Trying to park right alongside the building is a hassle in and of itself because of all the traffic coming in and out of this place. So, even if there’s an empty spot, I don’t bother. I’ll pull right to the back. Pulling into the driveway can also be bit annoying if you’re driving north on 355, but you can get used to the timing of the light if you come here often enough. And… I do have to admit… I have had a couple of broken buttons, as well. But I bring stuff here all the time, and I’ve only had a couple, so statistically, it’s rare to get one. =) **edit** They do remember me by name now, haha. =)

I used to go to this dry cleaners religiously for the low price since I have lots of clothing to get cleaned, but they have lost my business because they do not do that good of a job, they break buttons, and it IS a nightmare to get into the parking lot of that place. The only plus is that the people that work there are friendly and if you go at the right time the line is short and quick.

Only worth making the trip to this dry cleaner if you don’t have any pets nor come in contact with any wayward lint, hair, or shedded epithelials as Dryclean Warehouse will do their darnedest to find a way to charge you extra. I was a loyal and regular(often twice weekly) customer of theirs for several years and they made no qualms of scaring me away by charging double the regular rate to dry clean pants that had cat hair on them. I’m not talking about a cat’s worth of hair either, I’m talking about random here-and-there cat hairs. However, even at the double rate, each item costs just over $ 3 to clean. Personally, I won’t go there again out of principal. Bait and switch me, will you! *waves fist in air* Also not that while their ads claim to have«ample parking», entering and exiting their parking lot off of 355 can be quite nightmarish.
