I’ve been coming here for a year or so. The prices are good, the people that work there are friendly and it’s a family owned business so they really care about their customers. I used to go to the other place in Gaithersburg dry clean warehouse but no longer. Tom is very nice and in a years time he’s never let me down except once but he instantly corrected it. There was one time some drapes got damaged and not only did he reimburse me for the approximate cost of the drapes he apologized wholeheartedly as a machine malfunctioned and it was basically an act of god that they got ruined. I believe him. Anyway i’ll continue to come here for years and I appreciate helping out a small business who cares about their customers. Keep it up!
