Other —. They have big gates and anyway every one can park inside no metter if u live there or not. No idea why the gate cant stay open ²⁴⁄₇ if everyone can stay. I have more then often no parking spot for me by my apt. Because other people who live around have 20 visitors a day and night. PS: your car is not safe even with fence.

The WORST staff you could ever imagine doing business with. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS LOCATION FOR A FUTURE HOME. I filled out an application months ahead of my «move in date» & paid all of the fees and put down a partial deposit. I was approved on the spot and was given an apt number. I signed for a 1 bedroom/​1 bath apt w washer/​dryer («the buckeye»).1 month before my move in date the company called me to inform me that the unit I signed for was already occupied and I would be moved to another building w the same floor plan (this was a red flag). 7 days prior to my move in date the company calls to inform me that they have leased my future apt and that all apartments were filled. «The only apt available» was a 2 bedroom 2 bath overlooking a large construction site (the construction will continue for 2 more years btw) the discounted price was $ 1000.00/month ($ 40.00 discount bc I’m ASSUMING they inconvenienced me). Never once had they apologized or showed any type of empathy OR attempt to remedy the situation, in fact they never conveyed to me that they were «in the wrong». This price was incredibly higher than the 1 bedroom/​1 bath that I had originally signed for. Every time I called to speak to Danielle (the manager) I was told she was «unavailable». When I showed up at the property to look over the lease the manager actually RAN AWAY & HID FROM ME in a doorway. In another incident, I excused myself from the staff to step outside and make a phone call and informed them I would be returning in a few minutes. When I attempted to get back into the building, I noticed the doors were locked and no one was inside (I was outside for a total of 3 minutes). I found one employee running down the sidewalk, her name is Nina. I waved at her and her excuse was «everyone’s going on lunch and I have something to do». I never signed the lease for the 2 bedroom and I do not and never will reside at this residence. The story goes on and on. my point is,
I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU STEP FOOT ON THIS PROPERTY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MET W UNPROFESSIONALISM AND CONTINUOUS LIES. I was left with nowhere to live and they cost me thousands in damages (storage unit, hotel, placing my pets etc etc) never once did they apologize, I just want to reiterate that.
