I was in the store two days in a row, first to upgrade one line on my account, then again today because I decided to upgrade a second line on the account, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and did everything they could to get the process finished quickly and effectively. There was a short wait both days, and I know this has been a concern on another review site, but there is only a wait because they’re working to EFFECTIVELY service your account, this takes time, I’d much rather wait a short period of time than to have to go back repeatedly.
