I went through the drive through at this Taco Bell and was greater by an older woman that was impatient right from the start! We had two orders one with one taco and the other with two tacos. Not hard right? She kept talking over me and so I did not think she was getting our orders so I repeated the order. She said drive up to the window! No please drive up to the window how we have always be politically been told before. Then she rattles off really fast the first orders total and before I could hand her the money she was rattling off the next total and roughly tossed the too bags out the window at me. I had to put down my money to grab the bags then give her the cash and the card but when I look up to give her the payment she was turned around and talking to someone else! After she got the money and gave back the debut card she closed the window! I said excuse me we would like some hot sauce! She handed me three. I think my friend would like some too. And she snap off at me You have only three tacos! And I had to explain that I like a lot of sauce! I should never have to defend my taste buds to anyone lot alone a cashier! I was a cashier so I know that you are told to give out one per order, but if they ask for more you should never under any circumstance argue with a costumer! She quickly closed the window again and walked away! I never got my receipts so I could not use the costumer evaluation number! I hope some one in management reads this! She was a large older black woman I would say in her 40s and this was on Nov. 5 @ 2:00 pm at the university road Taco Bell!

Don’t order food here! I went into this Taco Bell and I saw a burrito just lying on the floor while the workers were ignoring it and stepping over it like it didn’t exist. It was there the whole time I was in line and it could still be there as far as I know. Becareful on what they serve you.

Great folks here. I wish they were open later as I frequent The Jam nightclub across the street.

It’s taco bell. But it’s the best one in town. Fast, always gets my order right, and they dont overdo the taco sauce. Needs to be 24hrs!

Wow ! They actually told me to have a Tacotastic day WTF. The protein and carbohydrate choices are meager and as cheap in quality as the FDA will accept. They will gladly take you money and repay you with gastric distress! As with any fast food restaurant open 24 predators hang out here Police, Thugs, Perverts you got all the bullies in one spot ready to exploit you ! Over all it would probably be healthier for you to buy some crack than to eat here.

This Taco Bell has been my Taco Bell of choice for years now in Gainesville. Having been many times at many times a day, I’ve noticed several things. First, this Taco Bell makes very high quality Taco Bell food. If you like Taco Bell, as I very much do, you will find this restaurant capable of satisfying for your desires for Taco Bell. They are also usually good about special requests(grilling a burrito, subbing a shell for a Doritos Locos shell) and they almost always get the order right. I’ve had the wrong thing a few times, or even an item missing, and that’s been upsetting, but overall they usually get it right. Many people seem to make the mistake of thinking of Taco Bell as only a late night haunt for the intoxicated: they’re wrong. With the addition of a breakfast menu until 11am and lunch being served at 8am, the brunch period is arguably the best time to go. With your choice of both delicious menus and rarely a car in line at the drive-thru, you can have your Taco Bell in less than 90 seconds. That being said, avoid the lobby if you can. Lobby service is slow as a rule at this location, with any drive-thru order cutting in front of you on the one line they operate most of the time. I almost always take my car, just so I can drive through. Overall, a great Taco Bell with a convenient location, though with some minor faults.

Well, its Taco Bell. They have this stuff they call ‘food’. Allegedly. Once in a while, after a night of adult beverages, Taco Bell seems like a great idea. Then I wake up the next day hating life and wondering why I did that to myself. Then I remember, and swear I’ll never do that again. If you happen by this place after about 1:30 at night, expect a parking lot collection of thugs and other losers, hanging out in their ridiculously customized 1982 Chevys listening to really terrible music — until the cops show up and run them all off.
