I love living here. The times I’ve needed maintenance done, they arrive within minutes and do a fine job. The office staff is very friendly and the workers, courteous. They keep up with things such as fire alarm checks and vent filter changes.
I’m not sure what the below review is about. You need a permit to park here or else any random person will come and park here. If you don’t get a permit then that’s the renters problem, not the complex.
As far as ghetto, I’ve lived in the ghetto. The NYC ghetto where you see garbage and hobos at every corner. This place is far from ghetto.
Kids running around without supervision? Again how is that the problem of the apartment complex? Sounds like a parental problem to me.
The only thing I wish was better, was the playground. Otherwise, it’s a great place to live, quiet and people are friendly.

If you like playing Frogger dodging kids that no adult pays attention to… Move here .a friendly office staff… Don’t move here! You get the point !!
