This Ross is a tad chaotic for me. There always seems to be a crazy crowd here with no order whatsoever. I dislike a store that is not organized and would rather pay more elsewhere for a better shopping atmosphere. The shelves look empty, and things are thrown all over the place. I guess they don’t have a large merchandise selection here that contributes to why I avoid this store.
The associates here aren’t as friendly as other Ross locations as well. They hardly smile or greet you. I have a negative feeling each time I visit this location. I want to have a pleasant shopping experience, not one where I feel unwelcomed. Parking is plentiful since the store is in a large shopping complex though.
