I went today during my lunch break(made an appointment about 45 minutes before and verified the appointment opening 11am on a Friday). Very very fast service and informed staff. Got a great price and received the $ 99 deal with a trial pair of a contacts. I personally liked majority of the people I encountered. The optometrist was not super friendly, but not unpleasant either. if that makes sense. Just not overly welcoming. Total exam maybe lasted 8 minutes. Seriously. I would definitely go to this location again but only work with the young lady I encountered today(Sam). She was awesome.

Long long wait, we were not seen until well after our appt time, and our lenses were not in stock. If it were not for the 3 yrs of exams we signed up for we would not be back. Our situation is similar to the previous review. Our appointment time was for 915am so it could be done before work. At 930 a tech arrived to work, and at 945 started exams. Doc arrived while my wife was being examined, and didn’t see her until 1015. Not a word was said of the wait, and with a 17month old child it made for a very long appointment. I could understand if there was a reason but we were scheduled at 915 and the doc isn’t even there until almost 10! And being a good customer we arrived 10 mins early to get all the paperwork done. Very unhappy with the overall experience.

I would not recommend anyone to go here!!! If I could give zero stars I would. On my first visit I was supposed to receive a 2 week trial pair of contacts. They did not have my prescription in stock, which I understood, however it took 2 weeks to order them. I received my trial pair & after a couple days of wearing them they seemed very scratchy, so I called in to ask if that was normal or if I should see the Doctor, or get a different pair. The lady who answered the phone said I just need to wait for my 2 week follow up visit to ask the Doctor…2 weeks went by & I went for my follow up visit & no one could figure out why I was there, its literally like no one knows whats going on. The Doctor gave me a different prescription which i liked and it was time for my follow up so I could order them & get my prescription. While driving to my appt I got a call from the office saying the Doctor didn’t show up that day & I would have to come another day. So i rescheduled for the following week. The following week I went to my appt & it was a dark rainy day & there was only 3 other customers in the store, I checked in & the lady told me to have a seat & she would be right with me. I stared at her and the Doctor eating Reece’s & gossiping for 20 minutes before she walked back to put my chart in the door. I saw the Doctor walk by look at my chart then go in her office & started looking at clothing websites & eating a snack bar. After 40 minutes I walked to the front of the store & told the clerk I was leaving, I would not be waiting around wasting my lunch hour for people who don’t acknowledge I’m here waiting. I have called the corporate office asking for a refund of my first visit so I could go see another Doctor who cares, they are transferring my chart & money to the Doctor I recommended to see. They say they are going to look into the problem I had… I went to a new Doctor and was informed I have a Toric lens in one eye but not the other and that’s probably why it was scratchy & I couldn’t see very well. The Doctor had no idea and was actually a lil shocked at the prescription i was wearing because it wasn’t accurate at all. WOW is all I can say.
