It was hard to tell how good the customer service or products were because when I walked in to buy a mattress today, the only employee in sight was fast asleep with his head on his desk, despite the noise I made opening the door and walking through the store. So I turned around, walked out, went to Mattress Warehouse in Gainesville, and had a pleasant experience buying a mattress from someone who was awake. I’m sorry if you had a rough weekend ringing in the New Year, man, but you lost a customer.

We would give this store 10 stars if we could! I took my 90-​years young mom to pick out a new mattress as she just moved back to Virginia and needed a new mattress, boxsprings and frame for her new room at the retirement home near our home. We were greeted by Curtis, who treated her like a queen and helped us pick out the perfect mattress. Curtis was so professional and really made sure she received the best price possible! I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is considering a purchase. I don’t believe you could find better service or prices anywhere! Thank you so much!

So happy with our purchase! In short, we purchased a king size firm pillow top a couple months back and we are so satisfied. The woman helped us through the whole process. We tried every mattress in the store before we decided on our final purchase. She was VERY helpful in providing much information on financing. (We settled on 0 interest plan) she was able to give us a GREAT deal on an amazing product. There is also a «trial» period when you purchase in case you change your mind, I believe 14 days was what we were given. Very knowledgable and very pleasant experience. Would definitely purchase at this location again.
