Compared to its neighboring store, I am deciding to give it an extra star. And this location does deserve this extra star as well.
The associates (or the majority) here are friendly and smiley. I enjoy shopping at a business that has good customer service skills. I’m there for a pleasant shopping experience, not to be growled at or ignored by employees. The associates working the fitting rooms are the sweetest!
The store is very neat and orderly, and most things are priced and labeled correctly. There are plenty of parking spaces since the store is located in a large shopping complex.

Great discount department store in Gainesville.
In the past three days I have found a fabulous dress to wear to the Fox here, a PGA Brand GA Tech golf shirt for my husband, an awesome ceramic peacock bowl and some green tea flavored candies here — and all at really good prices.
Not to mention their dressing rooms are quite attractive. I didn’t mind skimming down to my skivvies one bit!
