Gainesville Family Eyecare

What a wonderful staff!
I was new to town and new to contacts. Gainesville Family Eyecare was able to get me in for an appointment right away and were very helpful with teaching me to use contacts. They were very patient and took their time with helping me put my contacts in for the first time. Their office is very nice and in a convenient location off of 39^th Avenue. I would highly recommend Gainesville Family Eyecare to friends and family. Thanks so much for your help! :)

Took my Mom there for her eye exam and bought new glasses. The office was small, but clean and nice. Exam rooms were clean. There were three people running the office, including the doctor, when we went. The office felt busy, but not chaotic. Dr Krol was nice and professional. One of the office personnel helped my Mom pick out her glasses. She was helpful and informative. I liked it that she gave us an easily understandable itemized bill of my Mom’s glasses’ cost. We got the glasses 1 day sooner than what we were told, so that was good. When we came to pick up the glasses we saw Dr Krol answering the phone and interacting with another patient in a non exam function, which I liked. It’s good seeing doctors interact with patients outside of the exam room capacity and be in involved with the more trivial and daily runnings of their office. I think it makes them more human. We’ll be coming back.

I have always had a good experience here. It is always easy to get an appointment, the doctors and staff are always nice and it is easy to park. The appointments always start on time which is nice thing also.
