Husband and I have been here multiple times. Food is always good, but the customer service is lacking. Be prepared for a young staff to take care of you.

It’s a typical bw3s but the staff is friendly, it’s clean & most importantly it’s a great place to watch UFC!

BW3s is a known quantity. If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. Go for the wings and the trivia. The beer selection isn’t great but it’s not terrible either. The last time we were at this particular location, the music was already set at 10 and, after about 20 minutes, someone turned the volume up to 11. It was kind of ridiculous. Overall this is good location, you’re pretty much guaranteed to be seated promptly and be able to easily see one of the many tvs.

This is the best bdubs I’ve been to… considering they’re typically terrible. Some friends talked me into going for lunch on a weekday. Service was great, albeit I’ve never been when it’s super crowded. Food was decent too, although still overpriced for what it is.

I will never go Back. It is so loud, yeah, I know I am getting old. But we couldn’t carry on conversation. The wings were good. Next time carry out only

I would like to give them more because this is one of the cleaner ones however poor service. The management is running around playing with the workers that should be working. smh gotta do better!

BW3 has cheese curds? How long have you been keeping this from me? Anyway, I just found out they have them; no idea when they started carrying them. So I had to make a special trip to try them. This location is handy, and turned out to be the nicest BW3 I’ve been to: clean, relatively quiet, big and bright inside. Tons of TVs. Service was good. Parking and street access are good. I got the curds, a salad, and a small order of spicy garlic wings. The curds… are okay. Better than A&W, not as good as Culver’s, far behind any you could get in Wisconsin or at local places that serve them like Little Palace. Cheese was meh, batter was meh. The southwest ranch sauce they serve them with didn’t add anything. Oh, well. The caesar salad was pretty good: big, fresh, full of flavor. That and some celery hopefully made up for the curds and wings. The wings were of course standard BW3: okay, nothing special. Kinda small. I’m not in love with any of their sauces; I’ve tried them all and think they are overhyped. Still, they’re not bad if you’re in the mood for wings and can’t find anyplace better.

Super busy place all night long! I live the way they showcase the taste of their signature dish, the wings! From smiling to super hot. The bar is not badly stocked either. They have quite a collection of beers on tap and also make some decent cocktails. Will recommend for a weekday !

Just stopped by to watch a quick soccer game with a friend after work. It’s been about 5 years since I’ve been here. I love the sauces however, I feel the wings are just too small. This trip was just for a beer. Nothing to eat, but the menu from what I remember, has more to it than before. I did notice Chicken legs aren’t offered anymore.

We did our fantasy football draft this year at BW3’s. It did NOT go well. I waited just over 10 days to get perspective and not just post a review in anger but it’s not helped any. Last year we had a mildly decent, but not so great draft at Tilted Kilt. Without going into all of the issues with that draft(read my review if interested) the bottom line was they promised a LOT and didn’t deliver the majority of it. BW3’s somehow managed to be even worse by not delivering on nearly any of it. I went to this BW3’s and spoke to a fantasy football manager Nick about our experience there. I let him read my review of Titled Kilt and asked him to explain how they could do better. He told me everything I wanted to hear. This was in late May so we were getting this setup plenty in advance. We scheduled our draft after being made the following promises: 1. Our draft tables, high tops, would be reserved and waiting for us on draft day. The tables we agreed upon were the 3 best tables in the house, along the wall with the best big screen right by our draft party. 2. A draft kit with a league prize and $ 100 worth of coupons of free food. 3. A dedicated server that would work only with our table and be available for anything we needed such as extension cord, help with wi-fi, etc. 4. A manager that would periodically check in and address any concerns we might have, which I assumed would be Nick. Well BW3’s failed in just about every one of the four promises above. First of all I double checked the Thursday before the draft that we still had our date/time of August 30 at 11am. We had previously asked for this time as the Buckeyes were playing then. Our plan was to watch the Buckeyes play and then draft at 5pm. This was encouraged by the manager, Nick, who set us up as we would basically be there all day. Well when I called and double checked the date and time a nice young lady confirmed she had my draft scheduled and that we would have our three tables set up and ready and reserved for us Saturday at 11am. Item #1 — We arrived at 11:10am on Saturday to see the tables we had«reserved» completely full with people. Nearly the entire restaurant was packed. I flipped out and asked to see the manager. Although Nick, the guy who had made all the promises, was right there, a different manager named Roy was sent out and said to me effectively«We don’t do draft parties on the day the Buckeyes play». I was besides myself with anger and, if I could have, would have left right then. He promised to take care of us and get us our tables after the Buckeyes game ended. I asked him if we’d get some sort of comp or something for them dropping the ball so terribly and he assured us he would make sure we received something and were taken care of. Once I got calmed down we were put way back in the back of the bar next to a bunch of small tv’s. We were forced to watch the Buckeyes there until the game ended. To his credit about 30 minutes after the game ended we were able to claim our«reserved» tables. Item #2 — We did get a draft kit and it did indeed have $ 100 worth of coupons for food in it but the food is not«free» as was promised. It was coupons for ten $ 10 off of $ 25. That’s not«free» to me if I have to spend money. Item #3 — We did not have a dedicated server assigned to us. In fact we had multiple people waiting on us. I will give BW3’s credit here, we never wanted for drink or food, the service was good, but we had no assigned server as promised. Item #4 — After the manager who greeted us, Roy, got us seated in our«reserved» tables he never once came back to check on us. I believe he avoided us because he didn’t want to comp us anything. In the end we got nothing. Also, the manager who signed me up for fantasy football, Nick, worked the day in the restaurant and never once came to apologize for his mistake(which the other manager swore he would«ream him for»). Talk about a massive disappointment. Our draft was successful and for the most part people enjoyed it but the issue here is that promises are made and then they are broken, practically every one of them. As I said, last year I had a similar situation at Tilted Kilt but not as bad. We gave them a bit of a break because they are rather new to the fantasy football draft party game. BW3’s is not new to the fantasy football draft party and they should know better. I am most certainly not hosting my draft party ever again at Buffalo Wild Wings and neither should anyone else. There is simply no excuse for such an epic fail. Some words of advice to BW3’s mgt: if you say you’re going to reserve the tables then reserve them. If you say you’re going to give a party a dedicated server then give the party a dedicated server. Explain how the $ 100 coupons work. If you say you’ll check in on the customer then do it. And most importantly, make things right when you screw up! #FAIL

We went to this Buffalo Wild Wings location for our fantasy football draft on 8÷30÷14. My buddy booked this place for the draft back in May. He even checked with the restaurant last week to make sure reservations were still good with the table he wanted, which was in the back by the large flat screen. We showed up to find that our table was taken. After complaining rightfully so to the manager, we got tables situated on the side with room for 10 people. After the Ohio State game(which is what the majority of the customers were there for) we were able to relocate to our desired table. So I can give this location the benefit of the doubt for doing what they could to help us out even though there was clear confusion about having draft parties on Ohio State game days. As far as food and drink, this place has the largest beer selection of any BWW that I have been to. The first batch of wings we ordered were fresh and tasty. After I ordered another small order for myself during the draft which was about 5 they were about average. In short, its very spacious with a large beer menu and average bar food. Just don’t try to hold draft parties during Ohio State games :)

I came here for lunch on a Saturday. This place is huge! We were seated immediately. The restaurant was clean and the TVs were up and running! Out hostess offered us a tablet to play trivia and returned it to our table right away. Our server was nice and attentive as well. Apparently they now have a guest experience captain at BW3. Who knew?!? The young man went to each table asked if the needed anything, even a channel change, and offered samples of sauces, etc. a pretty cool concept.

Young staff. When being seated we asked if we could get a booth and was told that a table is what we had to take. Even with 6 booths open, and several staff just hanging out. Waitress was super nice and very good! But the food was ridiculously overpriced. 7 wings for 10 bucks… tiny boneless wings that resembled popcorn chicken. Got Queso as an appetizer, basically a bowl of melted cheese with a scoop of chili in the middle. We normally go to Roosters for wings. We got a gift card, so we wanted to give B-dubs a chance to be our new regular wing spot. Not happening. The 1 star is for the happy hour beer. Great selection of beer, good Happy Hour prices. If we could have food delivered to us from somewhere else, that would be the only way we’d go back.

Service was very good and the food was very tasty we got the Jerk Chicken. However the music was too loud. We come pretty often and never noticed that the music was a bit annoying but we will return. We did not ask to have it turned down as some songs were not as loud.

You come here to watch and listen to a game and all they do is use the intercom to announce who is seating next. It’s super annoying and I don’t recommend. It’s serious non stop. Get the vibrators back.

The only thing positive about this BWW location is their wings. Now as for their customer service, i’ve been treated very poorly. One of the workers were making fun of me for how much I tipped them on my to go order. I always think you should tip on all to go orders but I am not going to use the same scale as I would if I was served at their restaurant. I gave the girl $ 3 on my $ 25 order. to me, that’s a really great tip for being the individual who sits behind the counter, answers the phone, places the orders, and then gathers the food and puts it in the bags… In my opinion, you didn’t even serve me. Every time I’ve called in an order the people on the phone are always rude and then they always mess my order up. I understand it gets busy over there and I can understand messing up here and there because we’re human & we make mistakes. But when the problem is an ongoing one, I am going to start getting really irritated. It’s frustrating because I never check my order when I am there because they always open your bag and show you, then repeat what you ordered. I feel as if that SHOULD be their responsibility, to catch any mistakes before they hand you your food. I will no longer be going to BWW.

I might get wadded up greasy napkins thrown at me for this one but I think my experience here proves I am not a true Columbusite. On our way home from Easton we(I) decided to stop by here, only reason I could convince my husband is we had a free giftcard. To us it is no more than your average TJIF, Applebees fast fod sit down chain. Sure they have an extensive menu, but being the same cheese sticks, onion rings, wings, burgers and pizza that you get everywhere, nothing innovative or exciting really popped out at us. So we went for the usual things I always need to try, Onion rings, some kind of southwest egg roll which here turned out to be chicken and cheese fried around crushed chips. Sounded slightly exciting, but more of a mushy, tasteless ball of grease. My husband had the jalapeño pepper bites, I guess they were ok, anything with bacon is always ok. For dinner he had the jujicy steak burger which he enjoyed and my son had the big jack daddy burger, not so great. Fries very boring, but the onion rings ok. I chose the chicken tender salad after asking our server which one does NOT have cut up pieces of fake chicken in it, she looked kind of shocked and told me the only one would be the chicken tender salad. Well I was the one schocked when she brought me a wilted salad with chopped chicken pieces on top. When I asked her about it, she said they were tenders, just cut up. Great…and they were dry as hell too. The asian dressing was good, the old wilted lettuce and dry croutons were not. Since we were lucky to go on a thursday for 60 cent boneless wings, we got a bunch so we could try as many sauces as possible. I am a true condiment whore and truthfully don’t even care if they is meat or chesse on my sandwhich or burger, its all about the toppings and condiments for me. The more the merrier, I say and got to try the sweet bbq, honey bbq, jammin jalapeño, asian zing, carribean jerk, thai curry, mango habanero, and blazin sauces. We wound up tossing all of them except for the asian zing which I enjoyed and my husband liked the jammin jalapeño, not good odds if you ask me. For months now, I thought Buffalo Wings n Rings was the cheap horrible knockoff of Buffalo Wild Wings, last night I learned they are in the same category.
