Was here the other day to inquire about Verizon’s new installment plan for iPhones.
Had the pleasure of meeting Justin who was extremely courteous and detailed in explaining the different plans available. He was patient all throughout and extremely helpful. I left the store with all my questions answered and a new favorite Verizon retailer that I will be coming back to in the near future.

I’ve been an AT&T customer since my first cell phone in high school and finally decided to switch over to Verizon due to my phone bills being ridiculously high. The owner of this location kindly explained the perks of Verizon and also talked about their fairly new Edge program. You would think all Verizon workers explain and break down all the aspects of a plan and service to you, but the previous Verizon I went to in Costa Mesa had very bad customer service.
The day I came he didn’t have the exact phone I wanted (iPhone 6 64gb space grey), however he told me that he can get it for me as soon as possible. He came thru and had it ready for me the very next day. Great customer service, as he also mentioned to call ahead next time so he can have what I need ready for me.
