Taco Bell

Need help in the morning. It is inexcusable for a customer to wait at the counter for 5 minutes without being helped out. The girls working the line for the drive through kept looking at me, and an employee that was on break even mentioned that there was a guest in the front. Not cool when you take 6 drive through orders from customer who arrived after I did. No need to have one person float between the drive through window and the front counter, at least have one drive through order taker and one at the counter to make sure you are covered.

So I haven’t been to a Taco Bell in over 14 years. Always think their food is horrendously horrible. It’s a matter of fact, I use to reference them as Taco Hell.
However, this past Friday, this location was just super convenient for me, so I decided to stop by and give them a chance because I needed something fast and easy. Boy, was I glad.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and acknowledged loud and proud by two employees. Including the cashier Claudia and the store manager.
I was super tired, so I ordered a beef burrito erroneously. What I meant to order was the Steak burrito. So I went back to Claudia and told her I messed up and would like to get the Steak burrito instead, but I will pay for my mistakes of course.
The manager overheard me and assisited me with open arms and told me it was ok. They would gladly switched my burrito without having to pay again. I must say, I was super surprised the minute I walked in by their service, but to experience what the manager did for me was a shocker. You don’t even get these types of customer experiences at a fancy restaurant these days.
I am so surprised how low their ratings are, but maybe they raised the bar. Or maybe those who had a great experience like myself here should type them a review to bring this location’s ratings up. I truly think businesses like this deserves positive recognitions.
Besides the service, the price was outstanding, the place was immaculate and the employees were super professional. Including the Chef that I encountered briefly. I will definitely be back to this location. Hopefully, the experience will be just as wonderful next time.
Tips: Parking was easy and convenient. Just a 10 plus overall experience.

Fast service and usually friendly staff. An employee who typically is always there during graveyard hours is always rude. She always asks if I want sauce and when I say yes she asks how many. When I tell her she says that’s too much. Literally everytime. As if the sauce comes from her paycheck. I only ask for three of each flavor. I love taco bell though so I will return. :)

This review is for the really nice lady with glasses. She greeted us when we walked in, took our order grabbed us a bag for the food we didn’t finish. We came in to try the new quesalupa (it was okay, it has lots of cheese without a lot of cheese taste) and decided to dine in for lunch. The woman deserves a shout out for being giving the nicest service I’ve ever had a Taco Bell.

Service 5 stars. Fast and the girl was really nice :)
Breakfast. Eh. The steak scrambler was lame. Full of that fake cheese stuff. Nacho cheese? The gooey liquid sludge kind. If that’s your thing, cool, it’s not mine.
If you hate cilantro DO NOT GET THIS. Chock full of the stuff, again, not a problem if you like cilantro.
Really comes down to preference. Iced coffee not bad, I appreciate that it’s not crazy sweet, and I would come back just for those cinnabon ball things. I don’t know what kind of crack they fill them with but please line my arteries with them.

Tríed to order a Mexican pizza. I was the only one customer they had on the drive thru. Told her 3 times wut I wanted. She would repeat orde back to me, stay quiet for a few mins then forget wut I had order an ask again. Horrible person to b workin that station

Unilocal has lied because I went to get food before 2 am and they are closed… How disappointed would you be?

After going to a taco bell (not this one) that didn’t even care to make money, I came here because I promised the kids taco bell. Great service, friendly smiles, good food, and conversation. AND ITS CLEAN! Thanks for bringing the day back up girls! You rock.

Kids were starving after summer camp at CSUF and I needed to get them something stat! Taco Bell to the rescue… Or not… Drive thru took forever and then when we finally got our food some of it was missing. I got shorted two of the more expensive items on the menu but didn’t notice until we were almost home. At least it was my food that was missing and not the kids. Avoid the drive thru at all costs-​as other reviewers have said something is always missing :(

I have gone to many taco bells and I can honestly say this one is the best! Reason why is because the costumer service is great! No matter how late I go everyone is awesome! What I really appreciate and tell everyone about is that they ask how many hot sauces I would like! There is a Taco Bell right across from my house that I HATE because they never give me enough hot sauces. And I’m a girl who needs hot sauce with my food. So I will try an extra 10 min away just to go to this location simply because they ask how many sauces I would like. And I really appreciate that.

The guy who owns this Taco Bell is incredibly friendly and really cares about his customers. My wife and I have been coming here for years and we very rarely have a bad experience. More mistakes are made on food when I used the drive-​thru than when we go inside.
It’s a Taco Bell so you can’t expect perfection, but the food tastes good and it’s cheap so I enjoy it.

Went through this drive through this morning, around 9:30 for a quick bite to eat.
It was hard to tell if it was open, I guessed no — but drove past and saw a breakfast sign by the street so I turned around to give it a try.
I got the waffle taco, it was good… it didnt taste like it had syrup in it (like think mcgriddle) but it had egg, cheese and bacon wrapped in a waffle. I enjoyed it. My friend got the breakfast burrito with sausage and said it was good.
Friendly, quick drive through service, so it was quick and simple!

I walked in the bathroom after eating my lunch here. Found a Taco Bell employee using the urinal. He didn’t even lock the door. I said «excuse me» I closed the door, and he came right out a second later, obviously neglecting to wash his hands.
That is a disgusting habit for a food handler.

Always check your change if you use the drive thru, the guy who was working the window tonight (on Easter Sunday, no less) tried to pass a bunched up wad of dollar bills as the right amount, but it was short $ 10. Was already on the freeway by the time it was realized. Shame on me. but a fat tip for either an incompetent idiot who can’t do simple math or a petty thief. Happy Easter, a-​hole!

Service here is kinda slow. But I’m addicted to their taco salad. So I’ll deal.

Most fast food places are just that — quick and (sort of) edible. But this Taco Bell is by far one of the best I’ve been to (and I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bells in my day).
First off, the service is great. The people here are friendly. Always smiling faces. There are a few ladies in particular that I feel go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I wish I had their names, if I find out I will add them here. One I do know is a guy named Andrew, really nice kid & always gets the order right. Actually, no one here has ever gotten my order wrong. Also, as a vegetarian I am always substituting and customizing my order, and they are always nice about it. Sometimes when it’s a newer employee they will check with their manager first, but in the end they are always accommodating. Once I went through the drive thru with my sister, so part of the order was meatless and her item was not; the girl at the window asked if I meant to make that one meatless as well because she noticed all my other items were vegetarian. So sweet & thoughtful of her to ask! That’s the kind of service that keeps me coming back.
Secondly, it may be fast food but the food is good. It’s always hot when I get it, and the ingredients seem pretty fresh. Especially in these delicious Cantina veggie bowls which I am currently eating. I highly recommend it!
Lastly, the location (at least for me) is great. Close to where I live & work for a quick lunch, close to the freeway if I have to eat on the go.
Whether I’m in a hurry, broke, or just massively hungover and in need of soda & nacho cheese, this Taco Bell has always been good to me.

Ahh I don’t know why I keep going here, it’s always a disappointment. Today I wanted to try the cool ranch supreme taco. I got a supreme cream taco. I spit out a large amount of just sour cream…
Last time I was here my girlfriend and I had everything wrong or shit. The manager was very nice and reimbursed us. She offered to make us fresh food & we gladly declined

I usually come here to get a quick taco fix! I love getting their crunchy tacos and cheesy fiesta potatoes (: their mini chicken quesadillas are also really good! I like to wash all that down with a mango strawberry fruitista! everything is about 99 cents to $ 1 so its really cheap (: If you’re really really hungry then you should get their $ 5 box deal, which comes with a drink, taco, burrito, and crunchy quesadillas and churro twists (: It’s quick, cheap and gets you full!

That Cantina Bowl was a big bucket of YUCK! Steer clear…
Now, the Doritos Loco Taco? ORDER THAT ISH! And then order MOAR MOAR MOARRRR! It’s so good… when it hits your lips…
Seriously, though. It’s Taco Bell. If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to ‘em all. Never had a problem with this one, other than that the drive-​thru line can get a little crazy and can practically snake into the street!
Fun Fact — This location serves as one of their «tester» locations from time to time, which means they’ll often get new menu items before any other location!

Normally I wouldn’t write a review of Taco Bell, but I feel this one deserves it.
There are two drive-​thru cashiers who always make my experience here amazing. That is really a rarity. These women are sweet and efficient, just really above and beyond any fast food employees I have ever come across.
