This Taco Bell is just bad. The only thing nice is how the store looks like. Last night I came by the drive thru and they ran out of the boss nachos! That’s how you know the food isn’t freshly made. And when I got home, they gave me the wrong order!

Came here for a quick lunch after running some errands. Dining and beverage bar were nice and clean. Food was good. Customer service was.ehh. Not so friendly as other places. Needs more smiles and upbeat interactions with the guests! However, I enjoyed my stay and will be back again!

I have never ever gotten a full bag of chips when ordering chips and cheese. I ALWAYS have to ask them to fill the bag entirely and then I get dirty looks. I think they are instructed to fill the bags only partially because it happens EVERY single time and the employees are not the same each time. Excuse me, I PAY for my food. I’m not asking for a hand out, I’m asking for what I paid for! I usually go out of my way to avoid this Taco Bell but tonight my daughter picked up dinner for us. Normally chips wouldn’t be a big deal but I’m sooo tired of this happening each and every time. In the pictures I posted; I’ve not eaten a single chip… not one!

ordered and paid thru the app and they said they couldn’t find my order. tried explaining to the manager and show her that i paid already she didn’t wanna deal with me wouldn’t talk to me all she said was she could take my order but I’d have to pay all over again. she said the money would be refunded to my account and it never was. she was so rude I ended up just leaving

I love me some taco bell occasionally. But this particular taco bell outright smells like poop, literally! Every time I’ve walked in I’m greeted with a swift kick of poo smell to the face. Not appetizing at all

I arrived at 10:45, and tried to walk in. The doors Were locked, though the sign says the lobby is open till 11 pm.
I called, and the girl said that they closed early for maintenance. I told her that they should have posted a sign before locking the door.
She offered to «let me in, but I could not stay»
I don’t expect the highest level of service, but I find t his unacceptable.

Came in and waited at the front counter for several minutes for someone to take my order. A group of three employees finally wandered in and decided to help me. It seems the staff is more interested in socializing amongst themselves. The girl who took my order and got my freeze just came in from taking out the trash and didn’t even bother to wash her hands or put on gloves. While I was sitting and waiting for my food another girl started sweeping and hit my feet a few times. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge it. Generally the staff was extremely rude. At least my order was right.

They are so rude here. Drive thru or dine in they suck. They are so slow. They forget my order as well here. They never get the order correct and it seems more then half the time a machine is always broken.

time is 8:06 pm saturday june 27th 2015 fire this crew! 6 employees behind the counter with 2 customers already ordered & waiting & drive thru only maybe 4 cars went through as a sat & waited!!! & waited!!! i only ordered 3 potato soft tacos that is all but d i didn’t get my order until 8:26pm 20 minutes for 3 soft tacos!!! no i apologies or a thank you for waiting for that matter… horrible horrible horrible. … i manage a pizza restaurant & can make a whole pizza in 10 minutes or less & you can’t get 3 tacos out faster thank 20 minutes!!!

Came after work late night because it was the only place in my area open besides Carl’s Jr. I decided to order a Mexican pizza, 2 doritos tacos and a 4 piece of their Cinnabon desserts. The lady helping me through drive thru was nice but seemed over whelmed. Got home and opened up a sad looking pizza, 2 lettuce tacos as they had a teenie amount of meat and they forgot my Cinnabon desserts. For $ 10 bucks I felt ripped off. And to add insult to injury I woke up sick the next day from the food. Never coming here again as food sucks and expensive.

Dirty, could have been located in Tijuana Mexico and thoroughly disgusted. This place needs to close and do the community a favor. I watched a homeless man pee on the drive through sign as i was eating my lunch. The employees have no control of what goes on here and it is in a disgusting area of down town Fullerton. Slow service, the food is sloppy, and the wait is horrible. I won’t ever go back and I will contact the company. Disgusting! Not that they will read this review and do anything about it, that’s why I need to write this.

There was a long hair in my sons quesadilla. Super gross. I asked for mild and hot sauce and only got hot. The cups did not fit in the carrying case and was already spilling. One star for full flavor and bubbly Dr Pepper. This place is terrible. Just remembered why I don’t go to Taco Bell anymore.

I love Taco Bell.
But…
I always order a supreme taco or burrito with no lettuce and they always get it wrong here. They always minus the lettuce, tomato & sour cream. But they do charge me for the upgrade.
How hard is it to read the ticket/​computer screen with the order on it? I think they need the employees to practice this. No lettuce is no lettuce unless stated otherwise.
Also, They are very onion happy here. I love onions but my goodness sometimes the burritos are so stuffed with onions I cant eat it. Onion burritos lol
I know these are little things but come on? I try not to go to this Taco Bell because of this and I really wont drive out of my way either. So you lose a customer.

The Good:
Great dacor with 3 full booths, 1 round booth, 2 half booths and 2 quarter booths.
The Bad:
No sporks, you have to ask for a fork that they hide behind the counter
the Ugly:
Unkept tables and bathrooms always «occupied». Today, I had to wash my hands at the soda machine and wash paper towels to wash tables.

Every 5 years or so I torture myself to Taco Bell. Normally, it is when they introduce some new mysterious concoction. This time the Doritos taco. I am unsure if it is meant to completely explode into 30 + pieces upon first bite but I scooped the remains into a pile and mashed the remnants into my mouth. The Grilled Stuft was not as crispy as I remember.
I will say that this is a very clean location (now) and the employees were very friendly. As I have been advised in the past, when going to Taco Bell you must stick to the classics. i.e. Burrito Supreme, taco, bean & cheese.
Overall, the Doritos taco was a complete disaster but the individual ingredients were fine. Not much else to dissect as it is a flippin’ Taco Bell. A well ran run too.
