Starbucks

This location is located inside Albertsons. It is right in the front when you walk in the door. There is never a line but every time Ive been here there is always a wait! So go figure. The staff seems to be very slow & they always have to look up instructions on how to make the drink. I don’t come here too often. I usually will only go to this Starbucks because I’m doing my shopping in Albertsons. So it could just be a coincidence who knows? They are nice BUT too slow for me. Their baked goods are never stocked but they do have other stuff you can buy not food related such as; mugs, cups, take home prebagged coffee & teas. I tried their new fizzios last time! fizzy happy hour is 11am-2pm…spiced root beer, golden ginger ale, lemon ale… I had golden ginger ale & it was good. They have tables & chairs if you wanted to sit BUT who has time for that when you are going there to grocery shop? Only people I ever see sitting down are the Albertsons employees who are taking a break. Nevertheless I’m sure Ill return. Its a major convienence factor!!!

Talk about horrible customer service. Came by at around 13:30 on New Year’s Day. Waited for my drink only to realize that it’s been sitting there. Thanks for letting me know… When I asked for a sleeve for my drink, the guy (kind of short, maybe glasses) rudely says to me, «just get it at the counter. At all of the other Starbucks I’ve been to, they have nicely gotten one for me from behind the glass. As the girl barista next to him got it for me, he rolled his eyes. Really?! One of the reasons I love Starbucks is because I love their customer service. These kind of employees should be disciplined or not be there at all. Thank you to the girl barista who got me the sleeve.

I go into this Starbucks a lot and I either have an awesome experience of terrible one depending on who is working.
I’ve blanked on the names but a tall light skinned man always makes great suggestions, is a sweetheart and is always very speedy about the orders.
However, I’ve encountered this heavier set light skinned girl a handful of times and she is terrible.
She has messed up my order every single time, has forgotten my pastries multiple times and when I’ve politely asked her for them, she rolls her eyes and rudely hands them to me. My boyfriend has gone multiple times as well and has come home saying how rude this girl is to him as well.
I only go in there hoping that awesome guy is working but I’ve lessened the amount of times I’ve gone in there just because I don’t want to leave angry all over again whenever that girl helps me.

I love this Starbucks! I come here all the time! Daniel that worked there is legit at making drinks! Usually all the workers are friendly and knows how to make drinks! Also good place to study or to just hanging out also.

In this shopping center, there are now FOUR, count them FOUR Starbucks. There’s the main one next to Jamba Juice and two that are hidden. One inside Barnes & Noble, one in Target that just opened in 2014 and one is here. inside Albertsons.
What sets THIS Starbucks apart from the other two. it’s the least crowded. BUT. it’s the smallest too. I like coming here in the morning. Sometimes, you’ll encounter a line, but it’s never more than a couple people. It’s located right when you walk in Albertsons. You order on the left and pick up on the right. There are a few regular employees that I’ve met. Rosie and Mark are the two I see the most since I always come in the mornings. Friendly and fairly quick service. Not too chatty unless you want to chat it up. There are some chairs that you can sit and hang around in. but you’re still inside Albertson’s so you will not have that «Starbucks» ambiance. If you want that, go to the main one across the parking lot. They also have some Starbucks paraphernalia just like the other locations.
So, to summarize, this location is small but it works for me. You can grab your coffee and then do a little shopping or grab a newspaper. They have seats but I usually take it to go. Staff is small and not over populated. No ambiance. but it’s all good!
