On my way home after a long bike ride on the Fullerton Loop, I thought Peet’s would be the perfect refresher. I walked inside, reached for my pocket and, as the barista looked at me expectantly, I realized and simultaneously exclaimed, «I don’t have my wallet.» Without skipping a beat, she said, «That’s okay; can I give you a free cup of coffee?» «Really?» «Sure. I’m not going to let you leave here with nothing.» Now you may be thinking that they must know me from previous visits or something, but I had never seen these folks before. I am not saying it will happen to you(unless you buy a pound of beans, of course), and may never happen to me again, but regardless, I will be getting my coffee from the Sunny Crest Peets for the rest of my life! Toto, I’ve a feeling we’re not in Starbucks any more.

Finding parking here is an absolute nightmare if you are not here for the medical services in the compound. This is basically a hospital coffeeshop with a brand name on it so it will draw in more customers. They do not carry the fully product line, however their staff is friendly and the store was clean. I tried a cider tea and it was pretty terrible, but their banana bread wasn’t to bad.

Peets coffee is the best eye opener right before going to work… the staff is great and knowledgeable on what to order and how we like it… always warm and friendly smiles and great greetings from everyone. If something isnt right then they make sure you get what you order. Natasha, lindsay and the whole gang are great. Ana the manager is very helpful and she is great! Thank you for being right across from our office when we are in a rush to get into work. Keep up the good work!

Peet’s coffee is the best. Lindsey is great, knowledgeable about the drinks and always has a smile on her face when she is serving her customers. The staff are great and very helpful. I recommend Peet’s coffee to anyone. :)

This does not carry a full peets product line. Very thin collection of teas. Much larger selection of coffees. Keeping that in mind… staff was wonderful and service was quick. Though it was a slow Saturday. Please expand the teas and coffee variety!

Cool location, good drinks like at any Peets. But why are they the only location I know of that charges extra for less ice(they posted a sign saying so)? That’s a bit nickel and diming I tell you! –_–

I’m a big pumpkin fan so finding out peetes had pumpkin drinks I decided to pay them a visit . Disappointed to say my drink had no pumpkin flavor and it was super super sweet. Customer service was average. It was my first visit I would of like and introduction of what peetes has to offer. First and last visit here.

I usually come by for the tea and hot chocolate. If you don’t like whipped cream, make sure to tell the server. I really like the pomegranate blueberry tea as well, but it is on the sweet side for teas. That’s just my preference though.

It’s a smaller location so if you’re looking to buy things like loose leaf tea as I was, the selection isn’t on par with other locations. But as always, the employees were friendly and helpful. The only thing weird is that at other locations when I’ve bought some loose leaf, they’ve asked if I wanted a free tea to go. When I’ve said no, they’ve given me a coupon for one at a future visit that was good at any other Peet’s. Here, they gave me one that was only good at their location. Kinda odd, but whatever. I don’t live near this location so I doubt I’ll be using it.

Petes coffee is the best coffee in OC of all the large chains. They make a great mocha. The pastries are great and they have a lot of options. A much better choice than Starbucks or CBTL.

This review and the low number of stars is primarily because of the recent price jump. I have always found the staff to be friendly, fast, and helpful. I prefer Peet’s coffee to Starbucks and other local chains. And I like the layout of this location very much. It pains me to add a poor review. But today the prices jumped up so significantly that I won’t be returning. Their prices were already a bit higher. A large Americano was $ 3.15(compared to $ 2.95 at Starbucks). As of today, that same Americano is now $ 4.05. This is just way too much for this drink. I’m not sure if this price raise is across the entire company or just this franchise, but if prices will come back down to a more reasonable range, I will gladly return. Please reconsider, Peets!

I love Peet’s but it’s definitely something that is hard to fine in So Cal compared to Nor Cal, so when I found this relatively close to my house by accident I was quite thrilled. This location is tucked in with a Panera and a bunch of medical office buildings right next door to the hospital. I was there early on a Saturday and needless to say, clearly this place caters to the M-F crowd seeing that it’s in the middle of all the medical offices. It was rather empty which was great for me, no line! The two ladies working were super nice. Clearly a regular was in the store because they were chatting away with the guy. Now that I know this is on the way to my hair stylist, I’m totally going to make time on the way when I go in instead of making my coffee at home. Love the treat of Peet’s

I have been here several times recently which blows my mind since I previously joked that this place is never open. I ordered two holiday drinks; Salted caramel Peppermint mocha Both were too sweet for my wife, which is crazy because she likes sweet! This is a great location for 9 – 5 work people, but other than that it seems like a gamble.

CAVEAT: this is a Peet’s franchise, so they don’t take any company gift cards or email offers. GOOD: fresh, strong, smooth coffee. Clean. Friendly baristas. Validated parking lot or structure parking. NOTSOGOOD: Since it’s a franchise, it’s about 15−20% more expensive than the company stores.

Great coffee. Fast, friendly service. Clean, spacious environment. It’s got all you need, including wi-fi. :) It would be nice to have access to add’l power outlets, though. Keep in mind their hours of operation correspond to surrounding medical office hours,(which is totally understandable). Just be sure to keep this in mind and get your java(or tea) during regular biz hours, before closing.

Best coffee in town! It’s super nice when you go to the doctors to get parking validation with your latte! The staff is always friendly and you get free wifi. I highly recommend this Peet’s Coffee.

I dont like this peets. Its basically a shopping cart with lots of chairs. The parking in this joint sucks in more coke than carlos estevez. Peets is my fav pure coffee cause they are purist. But also ive been trained the peets way and my business mgmt foundation is sourced by peets coffee. I was an asst manager at the brentwood loc and they provided a plethora of training, books, concepts and mentorship. I digress again. This peets does not sell whole beans majing it useless…

I’m not a coffee connoisseur nor am I that guy who sits in coffee shops for hours on end watching Youtube on my Macbook Air through my hipster glasses. I come to coffee shops to pick up some convenient Joe and maybe a tasty pastry or two and this Peet’s delivers just that. I’d say the food and coffee are very typical both in flavor and cost. The whole place is very well maintained and clean as well. I only visit since it’s near my construction job site and my parking space is close by. One quirk is they have a weird way of processing credit cards — aka they appear to use two different machines for a single transaction so my card is always swiped twice here when I make a purchase. Weird …
